There is a dab of CA glue on the screw heads right? yes You'll probably need an impact screwdriver to take them out, you can get a manual one you hit with a hammer, an electric powered, or pneumatic. Don't go apeshit though, ferrite isn't indestructible and can break if too much force is applied. There is no way to loosen CA after activated that I know of.

1) Why are you trying to remove the motor? 2) The most common screws for motors are 6mm x 13mm, I'm not sure if Fi uses the standard though. Although I imagine they do.
