Please, please, PLEASE do us all a favor and get projectors as well. If you only buy the bulb you are wasting your money as well as blinding every other vehicle on the road. Withoug a projector to concentrate the beam Xenon bulbs are useless, you'll get pulled over very quickly too.

Jay-cee you both contradicted yourself. Most amplifiers cannot be bridged to 2 ohms, they will go into protect, stick with 4 ohms. Think of it this way, what happens when you combine two different 2 ohm channels into one channel, you get one 4 ohms channel. Now apply that to a 2 ohm final load, a class A/B amplifier will not work with 1 ohm on each channel.

Cooling includes a pole chamfer, a pole chamfer plugs the pole vent (on the bottom of the woofer) forcing more air to go around the coils increasing thermal power handling. Select High QTS if you will run the woofer in a sealed enclosure. Spider is adding an extra surround to increase mechanical power handling. No it really depends on the installation and enclosure, most people who have L7's have them in a SPL geared boxed. If it was in a box tuned to your liking then it would be a different story. Exactly Kicker is mainstream, and being mainstream they are sold in audio shops where most of them only sell prefabricated enclosures tuned ungodly high for daily music, making the drivers sound like a 15lb. piece of shit flopping around in an enclosure. If you build the correct enclosure, you will be surprised with the results.
