You guys aren't getting the point of securing the panels for an enclosure, the glue is the strongest point of the enclosure, wherever glue soaks into the wood is MUCH stronger than just MDF. Try breaking an enclosure joint sometime, if you built it correctly you will have a very hard time breaking it right where the glue joint is, normally it will break at the point the glue stopped soaking into the MDF. Finish screws work just fine, anything you have as long as you use it correctly will work.

Double baffle, using bolts and T-nuts to hold the woofers in and brace the enclosure, they are 65 lb. woofers with lot's of motor force you'll need support.

Well there are other things in the works, and the Icon is going through testing because it has had a long life in its current form. I was pondering keeping the current form of the Icon going as so many people love it as it is, and offer an higher power handling version (what is seen here). But Mark and I have not finalized anything yet. I actually like the sound of that, I'm thinking something similar to a Funky Pup with infinite power handling, even free air
