If your worried about numbers, even PWK can't design the ultimate enclosure, there is a HUGE difference in the perception of sound between your ear and a meter, PWK enclosures cause havoc on your senses, and put up average numbers. I enjoy the enclosures, the price is steep though.

Its really soft plastic "fibers" they become warm from the sun and it's really nice on your hands. Turf > Grass There are MANY different grades of Turf though, from durable Pro Football too soft backyard baby safe Turf. It gives you road rash like no other if you get tackled

Reliability has been excellent with my Maxxsonics amps so thats not an issue and I think they sound pretty damn good, but if say a JL or a ARC amp will make my system sound so much better i may need to rethink my set up. So how much better would my system sound if I were to run different amps? I mean it will sound better if I spend a bunch more right? Opinions? No one can hold your hand here, time to separate from mamas tit

Simply put guys, horror stories scare people. I'll gladly pay extra for amazing customer service But I completely understand what you guys are saying, very good points.

Most amplifiers cannot run a full active setup, they don't have the crossover capabilities. The Sundown SAX-100.4D can run a 2-way active front stage for example though.

Yes it changes a lot of things, you are removing passive crossovers from the speakers. Sending your amplifier and/or processor a full signal and running each speaker on it's own channel.

The class won't make a difference, what do your grounds look like?
