I work part time making composite aerospace parts, I've got that part handled

I may steal your idea. My main deterrent in using kick panels is kicking the drivers, it would be easy to countersink them and make them look really good that way. Great work.

Correct. Do you have the Warranty Form filled out?

The motor designs are fine, but the parts used are crap.

You made it fail mechanically, its thermal power handling rating means absolutely nothing, if you overdrive the woofer mechanically.

Increase tuning and port area till you find a good balance that you have the space for.

I hate it when people refer to an ENGINE as a MOTOR, and Jon stated how he was having some fun time with Jager, so I figured I'd poke at him a bit. Agreed. Huge difference between the two.

A cross over you dick. You'll get no help from me, with an attitude like that. The orginal question was simple. Dont answer a question with a question. There is a reason I asked that question. In order to answer your question accurately, you needed to answer, not get defensive.

10" is the size of the blade.

Most Stetsom and SounDigital amps have them. Large amps need more cooling than an aluminum heatsink can offer.

Using a larger enclosure with more than rated power? Not smart.

I used 53 degrees as an example. Resonant frequency, air density, etc. are all effected by temperature change, enough to measure? Not always.

You can never have enough bullet tweeters.
