How large? With a larger enclosure efficiency increases, so you will need less power. Mechanical power handling decreases as well.

Yeah they are all pretty much open air, I don't know much myself about cans but I guess it's part of why they sound good. I can get them for $200 on Amazon.

Don I agree that having two competing brands on one forum can be complicated, but remember we have 10 competing subwoofer brands, 5 competing amplifier brands, and 5 enclosure brands. a little competition is healthy

grados are one of the few cans I have heard, not that model specifically I don't think. They sounded great though and have a really good rep.. Others will hear your music though. Which ones did you hear? Were they one of the binaural cans or an open set?

I use pretty much just glue. Titebond of course, clamp it and just use a few small tack nails to secure the joints. I've never had a problem.
