The other rear speaker, you said you only had one wire cut from one of the rear speakers wired to the LOC, now you have the other one to that same rear cut and connected to your LOC increasing voltage to 1v right? You can cut the other speaker wires as well.

It should make a big difference If you want to cut the other rear, wire the positives together, and the negatives together you will increase voltage even more.

Power handling won't dictate sensitivity. In some cases like with pro audio drivers, because they are very efficient they will have a lower power handling, but because they are very efficient they don't need as much power. The BL would be more loud than the SSD because it more efficient, not because it has higher power handling.

OP: Remember it takes power to make power, when the vehicle is running the majority of the power comes from the alternator, when it is off the alternator is not making power so it comes from the battery. -
