yup. maybe you can fabricate an adapter to fit 6.5's on the front doors. because the 4's won't really have a good midbass response. also don't forget to deaden your doors. even just the front doors if you are on a budget. Phoenix Gold RSD 6.5's thats what i am running. http://cgi.ebay.com/PHOENIX-GOLD-RSd-65cs-...A2%7C240%3A1318 $67 shipped. can't go wrong with it. it also has some awesome midbass.

don't go with the BL if your only using the 1208d, go with an SSD. looks good btw.

Important Kinetik Battery info for those with problems
kentb replied to shizzzon's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Im using the MLA module as well, im idling at 15.2v, im also using a yellowtop in front and a kinetik hc2400 in the rear, been using it for a month now, no problems so far. I felt that my amps loved the + on the voltage, it seems like it became a bit louder and cleaner. -

can't decide if i want to get 4 BL 18's or 2 BTL 18's. what do you guys think? im going fi because i live in las vegas and ill pick it up locally wink.gif if i go 2 BTL, i won't lose my rear seats, if i got 4 BL ill lose it. but fudge it i don't care anymore about seats. hehehe. i want to do a decent hair trick just ordered 1 crunch gp3000d-pro. gonna order another one after i tried it on a btl or 2 bls
-
i have decided, ill just go with 2 BTL 18's and 2 audioque 3500d(when its released) on a wall, i will still keep my back seat.
-
200 amps will do, just add more battery's in the back and you'll be good
-
is it possible to wire it at 1ohm? how many subs will i need?

im actually upgrading my current setup right now. and what's wrong with wanting to do a hair trick?

Iraggi Alt Making My Battery Light Stay On
kentb posted a topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
so i got an iraggi alt about a month ago and the battery indicator light(on the dash) was on the whole time, it died on me after 5 days, so i sent it back to iraggi. i installed a stock alt, everything was perfect, the batt light wasn't on. then i got the replacement alt from iraggi, got it installed and now the batt light is on again. the voltage is about 14.2. upgraded big 3 is this normal? its for a 2000 ford explorer sport 4.0L SOHC 240/165amp Amputator series Iraggi Alternator Optima Yellowtop(under the hood) Kinetik hc2400 -
i already have an iraggi 240/165 amp alt, i have yellowtop under the hood and an hc2400 in the back, planning to put 2 more hc2400 in the back

so i got: optima yellowtop under the hood kinetik hc2400 on the back iraggi 240/165 amp alternator it was running fine for about a week since i installed it, my voltages were: 14.2@idle, 13.4v w/ engine off this morning it was running fine too so when i was leaving this afternoon, i noticed the battery gauge was pretty low i checked the voltage and it was only 12.7 while the car is idling and system is off so i turned my car off and checked the voltage, it was 12.8 so i disconnected my powerwire that runs to the back battery and the amps after about half hour driving i checked the voltage, while idle it was 12.3 when it was off it was 12.5 what do you guys think? did my alternator died? i checked all the wire connections and it seems that its good
