How do I wire to the 4 terminals on each speaker.
-
So do I just need to y the positive and negative from the amp so I can hook up to the 2 +s and 2 -s? I was thinking that would give me a wired ohm load

They only good looking one i could find were the Focal 165A3. Are these any good? or can you suggest any thing else. I can get the focal for about $250 so nothing over $300 thanks

This is what my friend and I listen to (didnt think i'd find someone else like us) but anyway he has the same sub and its in a 30hz bandpass box and it sounds great. It can really keep up with the double bass. The deep bass sounds good but its not overwhelmingly loud. This is in a trunk. I have a 15q w/bp and I had mine in a sealed box and felt it handled everything well, but i felt it had more to give, so Im building a ported box at 30hz. Mine is going in a blazer. hope this helped a little
-
I have the basics for this box already, but I need to know if I need any bracing (if so, what kind) or any other tweaking. Also the sub is facing up, does it matter where I place the sub? (closest to the port opening or furthest away) Box is 24x30x15.5 Port Width is 3.9" Volume a little under 4^3 (after displacement) Tuned a bit above 30hz Thanks
-
alright, so im going to go with a double baffle and 2 45's and in the rear on the box, should i put them in the front 2 coners? and should I add any other bracing?
-
I've never used 45's how do i know how large to make them, and how would i find out how much volume I was losing?
-
1/0 gauge wiring.
