Who do I talk to to order the recone? Where do I send money and how long does it typically take to get the kit after ordering?

I have a blown RE SX12 and I'm wondering if it's possible to recone with FI parts? If it is possible, how much would a recone kit cost? I'm looking for a 12" D2 shipped to 91606. Thanks in advance. Oh, and are shims and glue included?
