So I sent an email to the sales team weeks ago and haven't had a reply and sent one to nicks personal email is there any other way to contact these people im ready to buy and need to know how much money to allocate to paypal and give my address. Any ideas on how I can make this happen? Its a Q 12" that im after btw fully loaded with BP and cooling Cheers, James

The service at Fi isn't what it used to be. Im an international buyer but that doesn't mean I cant have a reply... Im not angry, just disappointed that I cant get the product I want. Must be the only other Aussie with half decent taste in what equipment they buy. Most of my mates buy Pioneer, Kenwood and shit like that. Makes me laugh when they give me the demo and they expect me to like it but i give it the thumbs down. Hertz Splitz and Fi Q all the way
