ho alternator honda civic
chad.SQ replied to loudferio13's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Some car audio fanatics swear by Iraggi. Here is the site http://stores.ebay.com/Iraggi-Alternator-and-Electronics -
Then your going to have to start thinking about electrical upgrades. You might want to start with the Big 3, and a High Output Alternator, and 2 maybe 3 betteries. And I would do all of this before buying your sub and amp.
-
The kind of car/space you have determines what kind of enclosure to put your speakers in. Two 15's ported will be very loud, especially with their rated power. It's not all in the speaker. It's mostly the install. Meaning hopefully you have experience with box making. But if you want my personal opinion on which company to choose, its Fi hands down.

I know right... What's that supposed to mean? Can you maybe tell us where the cutoff line is?

In desperate need of 5.1 PC amplifier

I have read the same thing. Even with Dayton's rack mount version of that amp.... I think sundown should go into home audio and make an amp with a TRUE 1000 watt rating. I would buy it in a heartbeat... -
Looks like ported might not be your best option. Do you refuse to go sealed?

Need some help hookin up the 1000d
chad.SQ replied to Keith's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Unported....lol.... You mean sealed? If you have one 2 ohm DUAL voice coil sub then you CANNOT have a final load of 2 ohms. You can buy second one though and have a final load of 2 ohms, but your power might not be sufficient for the both of them. -
Thats great. But I don't think you thought about all of the steps towards reaching your goal. An XXX has a power handling of 2000 watts. I think you want to use the full potential of your sub. What kind of electrical upgrades have you done? How much money are you willing to spend? How much space do you have? Do you have any box making experience?
-
The Nine.1 can run 900W at 2 Ohms. Can the Q10 run a 2 Ohm load? If you want a final 2 ohm load, then get the dual 1 option. But thats impractical. Get the dual 2 with BP to make it a final 1 ohm load and use your available 1200 watts you already have...

Not gonna lie, I loled when I saw that pic. Your friend got ripped in every way, shape, and form. Who did he buy it from?

dual1 or dual2

With that much power (2000+ watts?) you would most definitely have to upgrade your electrical. Not to mention a high output alternator with maybe 2+ batteries, and sound deadening so your car isn't a rattle box on wheels. I would rearrange your budget because $600 dollars will maybe skinny you past an amp and sub. Double that and maybe the alternator and the batteries. And add a couple hundred more for sound deadening and all of the 0/1 awg wiring youll be using. This kind of planning isnt as short as "Gimme the biggest amp with the biggest sub and off I go.." -
What is the BP option and what does it do? You can see the selection on the www.ficaraudio.com website when you select the Q series. It adds a little bit more power handling to the sub, which will be necessary when your 1 ohm rated amp is pushing 1200 watts.

Umm, I'm not sure but is this something like what you are looking for? http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cf...tnumber=300-752 -
Wow. Ok. I am sold. So you payed 1150 for everything? Where?

$200 a month?!?!? Jesus, slap the person that told you that. Lamps last a minimum of 8 months depending on use and type of projector. Most are rated at 2000+ hours. Haha. I should. But this is what I was thinking. I'm using a TV screen (projector) to be used as my computer screen, for the ps3, and satelite. So basically an all in one. It will be turned on and off each day. Is that kind of use extremely hard on the bulb? I am liking the reviews of that Optoma HD65 Projector. I think that for 1000 dollars I can buy into a 92 inch screen without 1080p. Is there anything else that I should be considering? I'm very open.
-
Is it true that if you buy a projector for a daily use, then be prepared to buy a bunch of replacement bulbs? I was || <--- that close to buying a projector when someone told me that I will be going through at least $200 in bulbs a month because of daily use. Is this true?

What kind of music hits what hz? I listen to rap and some areas to me are real low. I get confused because I read and people say that rap is all in the 40-50hz range. And then I see that people tune their boxes to maybe 27-29. Is there a program out there that like plays music, then shows you where the hz level is at?

Haha. This is why the world is going obese. We are trying to figure out new ways to play games because pushing buttons and moving joysticks is just too hard.

Oh and I almost forgot. The main goal of creatine is to make your muscles bigger. Your heart is a muscle.
-
Budy, you need to do some research. Alzado died from juice too. You're whole post was narrative and had no referances. I think it would be better accepted if you cited some of this. You dont have to take my word for it. But shame on you if you need that shortcut.
-
Thats great dude. Keep it up. And yea it does matter a lot what you eat, when you eat, how often you eat, and how much you eat. Stay on it, stay focused, and you will be healthy very quick

I think its funny how the people talking about how creatine is gods gift to man. Creatine is a shortcut. I personally think that anyone that has to take creatine to get in shape is a little baby back bitch. Not only that, creatine is incredibly bad for you, and even worse when you dont know anything about it. So I'll be the bearer of bad news. Creatine pumps water into your muscles to make them look bigger. When you look bigger, you have more confidence in yourself, and thats what many people lack, so they push themselves harder. That "ripped" feeling you feel is you working harder. Its not the creatine. Its you. BUT......... Where does the creatine get that water from? If you dont drink enough water, creatine beats the chit out of your kidneys. I cant remember the names, but a few football players have died because they were working out for hours per day, playing in their football games, and drinking on the side. With that, it is SO hard to keep yourself hydrated. Youde have to have a backpack of water with you at all times, and drinking it constantly. So after the game their kidneys shut down, and they died. And I know your thinking to yourself, "But it wont happen to me". I'm sure the people that died "didnt mean it". Stop today, and work out naturally. If you cant, then stop trying to be somebody you're not and go back to micky d's and order your big mac

You want audio? This is pretty flippin' crazy!

I am actually curious to what kind of music they DO listen to. I'm guessing a lot of classical?
