its not hard to get a price cut in my experience..You just have to be able to conduct yourself well while speaking to said company about it.. you do have to be loud tho

The - terminal on my xt-25 came completely out when i was disassembling my towers. Didnt have a problem with the + terminal or either on the other towers tweet. I wouldnt think it would be very difficult to pop the back cover off and re-solder it, but upon further inspection theres what looks to be little spots of ca preventing the back cover to come loose from the key-way...should i send it in? ..and is there any possibility i can get ahold of anymore 6.5"s, xt-25's, and these x-over parts anymore? thanks

those were for the ascendant audio mtm kit..current project is some budget towers with a pair of dayton 6.5"s and tweeters for my brother. Ill post some pics of the build when they're done.

Has anyone used non-stick backed real wood veneer? Im about to attempt using it for the first time, just wondering if you have any tips about working with it that would be helpful going in. Better to use a 1/4" flush-cut or a 1/2" etc? Brand of glue? also..when doing the rounded edges..should i glue the veneer to the face, let it dry. then, wrap the veneer around the edges..or should i just glue and wrap the the whole thing right away..the pic shows a 3/4" round on a previous pair to give you an idea, the one's im attempting have a 1" roundover.

Is this a service i could have performed somewhere? Purchasing the veneer from woodcrafters..

i ran 4 vr1000's below 1ohm ea, 2 d31 bt's, and a redtop under the hood daily for months w/ the stock 15yr old 90a alt...I could have it on full tilt at a light (w/o anybody around of coarse) and would have absolutely no dimming... i think ho alts are over-rated, but thats me my suggestion would to be performing the big 3 and getting a secondary deep cycle battery..which will end up way below the cost of another alt
