If You want to keep the cone, former, and all of that seperately - get 3-4oz's of de-bond.

a torch would work, faster too. LoL razor / utility knife. run the blade all around the mounting edge of the basket where the surround is glued to it. As for the spiders You can either: cut the mounting edge just as You have done with the surround -OR- soak the mounting edge with "Un-Glue" CA glue release agent, let it work a little while. Cut the tinsel leads about halfway up. Pull the cone straight up & out. I suggest that You try to release the CA bond for the spider(s). If You simply cut, it'll be a PITA AND You'll have to use some elbow grease to get the last of it off once the moving assembly is removed.
