    level 3

Oops, I meant level 2. So am I good to go? .07 per sub seems small for a ported enclosure, but if it's not, all the better.

    level 3

I've noticed that the level 3 subs have small vented requirements. I am looking to use two level 3 tens in a jeep wrangler. The enclosure size would be the recommended 1.4 cu. ft. (for both subs combined) using a 4" precision port for tuning. Can I start cutting or is this a bad combo?

Hello to everyone, I've been watching SSA for a few months now (learning and searching) finally decided to join the crew-excited to be here! I've got some questions/concerns, posting in "subwoofers", please advise. Thanks, Preston

    new subs

Hello all, I'm looking to upgrade on some equipment on my 04' Jeep Grand. I've been out of the scene for a few years and need some advice on equipment. Here is my set up so far: -Alpine head unit -Front stage: Dynaudio 7" seperates, powered by PPI pc275 @ 4ohm (100w) -Rear fill: Infinity Kappa 6.5" coaxils, powered by head unit -Subwoofer: 10" Audimobile EVO vented ~40 hertz, powered by PPI pc275 @ 4ohm mono (300w) -much sound dampening Goals: Keeping the Dyn's are a must as well as the head unit. I would like to use 2-10" subs or possibly a single 12 in a smaller vented enclosure-2-2.25 cubes (space is an issue). I listen to metal and would like opinions on tuning fequencies for that style of music. The following is a list of possible subs that I hope would work for my budget, music preference and space requirements. 2-AA arsenal 10's with Sundown SAE1000 1 SSA Icon 12 with Sundown SAE1000 -nice combo price! 1 Havoc 12 if SAE1000 is enough juice for that sub? I've thought about spending more and going with the SAZ1500 and a pair of icon 10's or fi Q 10's. If the SAZ1500 is purchased will an electrical upgrade be in order? I do not plan on doing any type of competing, just need an excellent system that cranks on metal!! Thank you-
