I checked the ohm with a multi meter and it showed zero. Think about it this way, the part of the bolt that is getting used is around one inch or less for a single layered box. You would get more box rise then what the bolts would cause. Also, if the was the case no one would be using them esp. the pros. Yes, that is correct. Parallel the coils on each sub how ever you choose. Then the pos and neg coming from each sub to the amp.
