How to wire an amp down to .5 ohms

I have 2 15" lanzar subs hooked up to a 1400 watt lanzar amp.. how do you wire the amp down to .5 ohms so it will be max porformace 1300 watts??

I have 2 15" lanzar subs hooked up tp 1400 watt lanzar amp. wired straight 2 0hms 800 watts. how do you wire it down to .5 omhs 1300 watts???
