Awesome man! Way to come in with a update! -
Had a good time. the 2 hr demo party was insane. We went to the show on Saturday, and the demo party. but didn't go back on Sunday. I knew is wasn't a demo fest, but during competing most of the SPL cars were closed up, so wasn't much to see. We went to the Daytona Speedway and done the tour on Sunday, then went and rode the beach.(always wanted to do that). I didn't take any pics in the SPL hall, thinking I'd take some on Sunday. Oh well. Did get to sit in a few rides during the party. Most the big boys had lines that were WAY long- I am not the type to wait an hr to get a demo. I wanted to get one from Jonathan Price, but he was swarmed. He gets alot of hate, but I talked to him for a bit outside, and he seemed real down to earth to me. Even said maybe I could catch him passing thru P'cola and get a demo. Also saw EXO mosying around- but didn't get to talk to him. Sencheezy had mechanical issues and we never ran into him. I'll upload my pics to P/B later today, and post them up. We learned the PRV/Brazilian audio trucks are INSANELY loud. And I get what alot of you say about the pro audio not sounding the best without alot of tuning. Most of them were really harsh, IMO. But a few sounded really nice. I think I was most impressed with some of the more modest builds.

I got an email from Singer at 2:00 this morning.LOL. He said the S goes to battery bank, and L to keyed power. the other 2 are not used. Leving for Daytona early tomorrow- so I am done til we get back....well, I am gonna throw the Pioneer back in it today. Finally got the amps in and secure. Took way too long to get this step done. On to the next one. I have the 5500 on 'mounting feet', instead for the full board I had built originally. So it is off the floor for ventilation. Also saw the UPS man-

hahaha @ Thump.

you're not the only one....I wish I had saw it before I mounted my HDD's. Looks fierce Adam!

Dat Trident tho! Please tell me the Xcon, and Zcon are 15's, and the DSS is a 18. Cuz that thing looks HUGE.

he's been in some trouble, and his grades aren't as good as they should be. BUT We are going, only staying saturday night. We done it for Nashville Last year- we'll do it for Daytona. gonna try to be in Daytona by Noon local time. hit the show- attend the Demo party Sat night. Then maybe go back Sunday for a bit, but we'll have to be on the road by 2PM local time.

Alton tells the truth. Welcome to the forums!

Jason - I had a 1100.4, but traded around and got the MUCH smaller Symphony 4 channel. The 5500 ans 1100 woulda been wider than I wanted to mount under seat. Be sure to post a build log! BTW- I had the Crecsendo 3500 and 1100.4 before buying the Lanche...looked specifically for this color for that very reason.LOL Roger that Alton! I was trying to get in 3 hrs a day in on the truck while they were here. Today was a total waste...when drilling to mount the amps today- I realized that my gas tank is under the outer edge of the driver side rack. that's where I decided to back up and punt. thinking about cutting the carpet and epoxy bonding the feet to the metal. Also- anyone can tell me how to wire in the 4 pin alternator? internally regulated, dedicated to my battery bank.

he is 16, and stoked to go. We went to Finals last year and had a good time- but was only able to stay saturday. Plan to drive over Saturday morning, attend Sat afternoon/evening, then be around all day Sunday, then maybe hit the Nascar Museum before leaving monday.

Thought my son was out for SB next week- but it is the next week. So now I have to talk to his mom, cuz he would have to miss school monday. Looking at 18hr of driving for the round trip. Pensacola>Daytona>Birmingam(to drop son off).Pensacola. I am having doubts now. SOMEONE tell me it is worth it! LOL I mean Scrapin the Coast is a couple of months away, and in my backyard.

Made amp stands. Got hardware to attach them to the truck. getting close to the nerve racking time of gutting holes to run wire. I have never done that. Didn't get near as much as I wanted done. But kids are out of school, hard to get alot done chasing 3 boys around.lol not looking good for being playing by friday... fitting boards, and checking clearances. I have about a fingers width of clearance on the 5500- mocking up

oh no....Amp will be under the back seats. The rear stays pretty dry, but water does get in occasionally. bout to get back to work...
