Never met a NX kit I didn't like. Ran a basic Edelbrock kit back when I first bought the T/A, then switch to a NX kit(mainly for safety features), it was MUCH nicer quality equipment, but it cost double- so it shoulda been nicer.LOL. Once I had the 383 build, never put the bottle back in it, due to I couldn't get it to hook the power it had already. Now that I have a Fab 9 rear and actual drag setup to hook it- I broke the T-56 last May- been disgusted with it ever since. If/when I fix the Trans- planning to slap at 200 shot in it and see how deep in the 10's she'll run. I've never ran an nx system. We has a 500 shot zex system on our shop vette many years ago. Direct port full stand alone, dedicated fuel system, the whole 9 yards. Safest and trouble free system I've ever seen. For this I was just going to run a 100 shot in the new truck for fun. Probably not going to spray on my SS. Sweet- you mention shop vette, where do you work? I will have to run a stand alone fuel system to run my 200 shot...11.8:1 compression. Will run 100 octane just to be safe, My car will not run on anything less than 93 now. But it is small potatoes to what you have dealt with.

Didn't wanna quote the pics- But The Boat pics....that sure doesn't 'look' like a HOA neighborhood from my area with the wooded area right there. Most HOA area's round here are subdivisions with houses stacked in them. I could never live in a HOA hood...I would have to sell all my toys- cuz they are ALWAYS broke and sitting for months until I regain interest. BTW- LOVE the trailer! I want an enclosed trailer to put my T/A in, as I don't have a garage...

Did you say Funky pup!?!? Maybe this will clear things up for the funky pup. 1 watt to a funky pup is like 10000000 watts to a DD Z. These are Chuck Norris’s choice, not for bass, but to replace the engines in all his WalkerTexasRangerMobile’s… 1 funky pup = 500 horses, 2 funky pups = 1500 horses, 3 funky pups = time travel. There was never an atomic bomb, there was 4 funky pups in a .25″ particle board sealed box. They stopped making funky pups because the warehouse they were stored was quickly shifting the earth’s magnetic field. As a result, most of the world’s funky pups are now stored in a secret underground warehouse below Santa Claus’s Elf sweatshop. Its not certain what exactly makes the funky pup’s so much better than everything that ever existed, but it is absolutely certain – THESE ARE THE BEST W00FERS EVER MADE BY MAN OR SPACE MONKEY! Best post I have read since being on SSA.

Anyone know what sony amp this is?
Lee Carter replied to djjdnap's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Look at the specs though- it is a A/B SQ amp. Really 'clean' power. And the said rarity factor. Like they say though- It worth whatever people will pay for it. I wouldn't buy it, but someone will. -
Ha! You are a bit younger than I, But back in 1989- we thought the 'big foot' gas pedals were the cat's meow, so to speak. i never had one- but many of my friends did.

Wow- Nice game collection!! Pitfall, Pole Position, Stampede, Pacman!! All you need is Yar's Revenge and Asteroid, and you'd have all my favorites.LOL I never had the 7800, only the 2600. But I have great memories sitting at home at ~10 years old playing 'tournaments' with my parents. We moved from the 2600 to the NES when it came out... Awesome thing about the 7800 you can save your top score. cool- woulda been handy for our game nights. We actually kept our high scores written in a notebook...ahh - the old days. this was circa 83-85...damn i fell old now.LOL

OK- I have read more than a few times on here about 'loading' a sub or port off of objects. Can someone offer me a laymans explanation of how this affect the sound/output? Tried to do a search with no luck.
