If you wan the port side fire, simple enough to do, same port spec's and dims fired to the side. I recently bought a 99 ext cab chevy silverado. I am going to buy a pre fab box since i dont have the time or the resources to build a box. The box will be a downfiring underseat sealed box with 2 chambers with .92 cubes per sub, and a mounting depth of 7". The holes can be cut for round or square subs. I will be listening to rap, rock, and country. I need advice on a good subs/amp combo for this box and truck. My budget would be around $800 for the subs and amp.

i am getting ready to put a sub or subs in my silverado so i have a couple questions. whats the mounting depth of a 12" icon. and how much would it be to get the single 12 box with the side port?

Bought it off of ssa. didnt say anything about being refurb or anything but who knows.
