it shouldnt take a long time to put my motor back in the box i shipped in after he got done fixing it........if i was giving him 1000's of dollars for subs ...i bet i would get the awsome customer service everybody is raving about.........but my bill to fix my mag is only 25.00 plus shipping....so i guess i get put at the bottom of the priority list......... i just want someone from fi to tell me when i can have my motor back....is it to much to at least ask the question?????....

dont feel bad gebrochen....in sent my mt motor to scott over a month ago....havent heard a thing since.... i cant even get a comment from anybody at fi about my motor.........

"Got it and its recentered. Ill get you a shipped cost back to you later today via email" feb-28th....this is the last i heard from scott.... im cool with waiting , but if you email me and say its fixed and your going to shipp it back to me , and then nothing....it would have been better to not email me all..... i have many amps at db-r right now...waiting on them , or my motor is no problem, even if it takes 3 month,,,,,but chris doesnt fix my amp , tell me its fixed , and wait 3 weeks to ship it back to me...and he is a very busy guy,,at least he tells me he is...lol.. if scott is so busy , he could shoot a email to me at least,,..communication is the key here i already have 2 fi 18's , and i love them, im not bashing fi, so dont get me wrong....i just want my motor back

sorry to make another thread about it, but i can t get anybody to answer me about my mt motor i sent to have repaired..its been over a month! i got a email from scott about it being fixed , then i never heard a thing ...i have emailed fi , and scott many times and no replies......am i ever going to get my motor back????????? or am i going to just never get it back......???? i was going to buy 2 btl 18's from you after i got my mt motor back, but if this kind of customer service is what i have to look forward to , im not going to buy a thing ........please let me know something please...

thats a great price!.....no i have the recones and baskets already.....i just need it repaired.....what is your address ? i am thinking about buying 2 btl fully loaded 18's .....ive heard that that the btl's sound better than the mt's do ...
