If you gotta have one now then go get a jordan one... It'l be a while before I have everything up and going.

The fumes from grinding the CA is very toxic. You must wear a mask or at the very least cover your face up with a damp cloth when you grind it. The locitie stuff is 15 minute epoxy. Normally don't put shims in recones...I guess one of the guys did. Just make sure the one that is in the box is fairly snug and doesn't rock back and forth. I believe it should be a black one if I remember correctly.

Probably should measure your trunk first .

Haven't had time... Get a tape measure, calculator, paper and pen and go to town. So long as it is within the guidelines that we've put up it is fine...

I've got a whole mess of stuff i'm working on. Give me some time It'l be worth it.
-
No that means it is going out today...at the 3:30pm pickup. You will see it update tonight.

First off you must have a mask because the CA glue is VERY VERY toxic. DO NOT breathe it in. Get a flapper sanding disc around 40-65 grit and grind the excess material off. I highly suggest taking a utility knife and cleaning as much of the surround off of the basket as possible. I also suggest taking a hammer/screwdriver/chisel and hammering as much of the CA glue off of the spider landing as possible before you grind it. CA will make your eyes water very badly and will also hurt your lungs if you inhale it. Triple joint is already taken care of when you get a kit from us, It is the joint where the neck of the cone meets the coil, and spiders. Get some manilla office folders and cut them in half in the fold, then trim about 2" or so off of each half. Make sure that the folders do not overlap in the gap. Put as many layers of folders that you need in order for the recone to drop in snugly and not rock left to right. This can vary from 2 shims to 4, depending on how thick it is. Best glue for you to use would be Loctite brand 15 minute epoxy. You can get it from Lowes or Home depot. It comes in a Red/Blue squeeze tube and will allow you plenty of time to work with it before it sets up. Hope this helps. -Nick

UPS doesn't run at 5:38 in the morning You'll see it tonight when the servers update.

Highly recommend DC power http://www.dcpowerinc.com/magento/

Take the magnet boot off and it'l drop right in. It won't fit with the magnet boot on, there's supposed to be a piece of paper in the box with the 12's but the guys in the shipping department might have forgot to put it in there.

Should be fine, double check and make sure all of your measurements are correct. We've had people in the past rub their subs out because of stuffing them under the rear seat. Also you do know you have to port the BL series right?
-
Yep. It was when I learned that good things come to those who wait We've got the magnets..it just takes time to build them and what not
-
Hair over 11.25" and the motor will drop in the hole.
-
You aren't being a pain. I can't tell you where you are on the list..there's a stack of UPS labels about 8" deep.. You can wait ..when it updates, it has left.

Again Your order says "Billing Information Received", The UPS guy is not going to come when it says your package is arriving today because none of them have left yet. We don't have any of them 100% built yet. It takes time guys..you knew that when you ordered at the discounted rate with the free stuff that standard build time still applies. Check your tracking number When the Tracking Number signifies IN TRANSIT then that means it has left the facility and is on the way to your house. Just because you have a tracking number does not mean that it has went anywhere and it has not went anywhere if it says "Billing information received" We have many other subs to build on top of that..but right at 100 BTL's alone to build.
-
No when the driver scans the package and it is loaded into the package car it goes back to the sorting facility at night. Then the driver downloads his DIAD board into the UPS system and it dumps onto their servers and it then says "In Transit" Orders are being filled as they were received. It's just going to be a VERY busy two weeks.
-
Just because you have a tracking number does not mean it has shipped...it still says "Billing information received" We still have to build the 100 or so that we have orders for because we can't build them without magnets... Thanks! Nick
-
Some how or another it was not in our order system...no clue how that happened. Payment came through and it never transferred into an order. Please email me all of your information to Nick " at " ficaraudio.com Shoot me your shirt size and what color stickers you would like to have (white silver or black ) and we'll get those motors built and out to you today. My apologies for this, we'll get it taken care of ASAP though. Thanks! Nick

They always go on a boat as we get a big shipping container. Plane takes 3 days tops by the time it gets through customs...ship freight, not so much.
-
Not in yet..just waiting.
-
If you ordered them on the 6th you should have them already, what is the name that the order was placed under? What coils did you choose? You should have a tracking number in your email that would have allowed you to track them when they shipped. We'll definitely get that figured out. Thanks! Nick

Dual 2ohm is the Universal gap. Thanks, Nick

Nothing wrong with trying to save money...people simply do not understand how expensive it is to get things over halfway across the world .
-
I am moving and have very very very limited internet access...nobody can get in touch with me. I'll check on this ASAP. You might be waiting on coils in which you should have received an email about when you ordered the recone.
