Approved the forging last week on the steel when we got a part pulled off of it. Need to do a finish machine pass to clean it up and coat it and we'll try to get a picture up of it this week.

One of the motors is destroyed due to the sub par packaging job (unless it was already cracked before, if so then they barely made it)...you can't throw two speakers in one box and have them move all over the place and expect them to not get tore up. So are you wanting us to bake the motor and repair it or what?

You are in line...there's 93 other people that are ahead of you that have ordered Q's during the back order time until we got steel in..they have to be done first so yours may take an extra day or two. That simply is how it is, we actually machine and build everything here..none of this rebox and ship out from china stuff from us. The funny thing is..our prices are still cheaper then what others import from china...and we machine and build it all in house.

Today is only the 7th business day btw...normal lead time right now is 7-10.

If it is a real high pitched squeel coming from the amplifier itself and not through the speakers it is the torroids screaming.. It happened on some of the 800.4's and the 1500's...nothing you can do about it either.
