Personally wouldn't polyfill a ported box...but as brian said what kind of dimensions are you working with, that is on the small side of things... Thanks! -Nick

Regular wood screws / drywall screws work fine... Thanks! -Nick

Well we could do a modded bp power of sorts and cap off the pole vent, however you would not be able to run the smooth AA style dust covers...you'd have to run the hard abs dustcap.. Can probably fit a flatwire coil in it, or even a copper coil like we do for an SSD and mod the suspension a little bit... All in all it depends on what kind of output you are looking for, more daily driving and listening...or more of a peakier type woofer... Thanks! -Nick

Scott's sick and i've been out of town / away from the computer building the new AA demo truck...shawn's been MIA for a while as well, as he has another full time job.. Is that a piece of metal down inside of the gap? Is there any way that you might beable to get it out and try to get a better pic of it? Whatever it is we'll figure it out, if it is indeed a metal shaving yes that would have caused the coil to rub out and short, had it been on the pole piece or on the outside of the gap... Thanks! -Nick

Manilla folders..cut them so they don't overlap inside of the coil and i think the BL needs 2 layers of it, i can't remember right off hand..it might need 3 Just leave them long so you have something to pull out once the glue dries.. Thanks! -Nick

3-5 days to build, 3-5 days to get to you.. Thanks! -Nick

Chill out man...you just posted in your other thread what kind of car it was.. In my opinion i wouldn't fool with putting 2 18's in the trunk of a car, i'd build a wall for them...if your dead set on getting BTL 18's. Also those amps don't do 2kw as well.. Are you dead set on doing it in the trunk? Thanks! -Nick
