  1. Scott is out of town until Monday, so it wont be claimed until Monday night at the earliest. Sorry for the delay Thanks! -Nick
  2. Yes, or email me and ill send you the graphic file and you can get them in an size/color you want from your local sticker shop. We're working on updating the info cards, I'm pretty sure we've got some left of the old ones, but nothing that is updated with new pricing or anything quite yet. Thanks! -Nick
  3. Nah you don't need a whole recone. You can put a new dustcap on it. You'll have to crack the rest of that one off and replace it with the new one, it will pop right down in the glue joint...
  4. Can't just replace the coils, you have to do a whole drop in kit...i've got the price list on my other computer i'm working on loading everything on my laptop.... I'll get you a quote tonight Thanks! -Nick
  5. I don't have the dealer list, so at this point and time I can't point you in the right direction. Ill be able to get it on Monday and let you know where you need to go to. I'm wanting to say that there is a dealer in Colorado, but i'm not 100% on that...there are 21 that I know but i'm not totally sure on their locations. Thanks! -Nick
  6. Pair of SSD 15's would work fine on that amp...how much room are you wanting to give up though? Thanks! -Nick
  7. So wait your trying to use a copper coil SSD in a passive radiator setup? What kind of radiators are you using? Ideally your radiators should be twice the sD of the sub that is playing...
  8. Wire the coils in series the + on one side of the sub to the - on the other side of the sub. Then hook it up like you normally would to your amp, you will have 1 positive and 1 negative on each side of the sub with no wire in them. That is where you hook the positive and negative leads out of your amp into... Here's a picture to help Do not pay attention to the ohm load, this is how you need to wire it.
  9. Gotta go through a local dealer, or a dealer that is closest to you. Where are you located? Thanks! -Nick
  10. Still haven't got the coils in for the TDX yet... What size recone do you need for the tc9?
  11. Yes we can recone it, however i dont think we have any dimensions for it wrote down... You'd likely have to send it in to get it reconed. Thanks! -Nick
  12. Yes, but we're not going to sell just a new BTL motor... You'd have to pick one up used off of the forums somewhere... Thanks! -Nick
  13. Can't do it now, later on it's a possibility. I don't have FEA on this computer...
  14. Thumper has yet to have an issue with an email response from me. I've got him taken care of gentleman . He stated in the email that he was being 'spiteful'. I guess to try to get a rise out of everybody on the forum, eh I don't know. Many people complain about the sales@ email, and scott@ email. Simply put there are not enough hours in the day as of late for him to sit down every night and do the email. That time has been spent at the shop getting speakers out to you.I will be out at the facility starting May 7th. We're doing a complete revamp of how everything is done and responded to. We are making it so nothing is going to fall through the cracks like it has been as of late due to the whole staff being busy with either company stuff, or myself doing research on some other things, as well as finishing up with finals this week. This quote was from me in regards to questions about 'why only one slug': Many people do not understand how magnets actually work smile.gif. Take the DD 99z just as an example. That motor is 100% saturated (in other words the steel can not conduct any more flux) with just ~3 slabs of the neo that they use on it. The rest that is there is just along for the ride, and adds nothing but cost. Same goes for the old shocker sig's that shocker came out with a few years back. It had 6 doughnuts of neo on it and a tiny little bit of steel. Had they have known they could have gotten the same guass and motor strength out of 2 slabs of that neo and a properly designed motor (using fea)...they could have made 3 motors for a little more than the price of 1 motor... Neo is a stronger material, so therefore you need less of it to achieve your goals. Sadly a lot of manufacturers have fell into this trend of 'more is better' and sadly make you the end user pay for it...for no real added performance. The New BTL has an 11.25" wide motor (this is the same cutout diameter as the 12" basket). Yes it does look weird now, and yes it is different than what anybody else has and does. But you must take into consideration that it is designed properly, and the way things should be done. From an FEA/Design standpoint the wider you make the motor, the better parabolic flux density field you are going to have. When you do something like that you have literally NO stray flux, in other words all of the strength of the motor is going to act its force upon the coil and where it lies. Not shoot outside of the motor and have a very wicked stray flux field.... When you start stacking multiple magnets on top of each other you start to loose that parabolic shape that you are wanting to have on the FEA output. If the motor is not acting the force upon the coil...then there is no point in putting another slug on it, if it is going to hurt the performance. Hope this helps.. Thanks! -Nick
  15. Should only need to run 1 power wire from the front, to the back. Ground the kinetik in the back and the amps to that same point as well. No clue about the coaxils, the easiest thing to do is use the stock holes and replace the stock speakers... Watch that 2500 as well, that is a lot of power for the SSD's Thanks! -Nick
  16. Good old days ... when the internetz was the internetz. when we pwnd you and ya baby momma an if you didnt like that we pwn the baby daddy too.
  17. bringin the old days of si.net back biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitches. calll meee.
  18. 1200.1 you won't need the cooling option, it'l be fine without it. Shipping rates change constantly because of fuel prices...i'll check on that and get you a quote tomorrow. Thanks! -Nick
  19. I've had words with shipping as of late...not happy about it. I don't want to talk about the TWO MONTH fiasco between ups and the post office getting my stuff here. just a little hint...i had 2 boxes of parts sitting in god knows where post office for 2 weeks..just chillin...for no apparent reason Your SSD recone is on its way, that's all i can tell you...i was supposed to have a bunch of cones and baskets today for people's subs, well the coils showed up...the cones and baskets are MIA... Soundmonte - Your recone is on its way, that's all i can tell you. If your willing to pay a LOT more for shipping and pay UPS for their customs fees and what not we'd be glad to ship it like that, we do international orders via USPS because it saves you guys money... We're at the mercy of the shipping companies, and there's nothing we can do about it sadly.
  20. Ding ding ding Now we're seeing the light
  21. Same power rating...not changing that anytime soon. People put whatever power they want to put on them anyways.
  22. Neo motors are small and people oogle over them lol . We would not take 2 steps forward and 3 back man, trust me. If it wasn't an improvement and solid reasoning behind it we wouldn't come out with it. Email me..
  23. Wire the coils in series.. - of one side of the sub to the positive of the other side of the sub. Then you ook your positive and negative from your amplifier accordingly..you should have 2 terminals left with no wire in them. Hook the wire coming from the amp to those, positive, and negative respectfully.

My 3 cents. Should thank your stars that you weren't around for the cso.org days. You'd feel raped, and pillaged. And unsure of your true sexual preference. No lie. These guys way too nice...
