enclosure recommendations for 2 fi q 15s
NDMstang65 replied to streetbeater07's topic in Fi Technical
Common chamber will be fine... Thanks! -Nick -
Get in touch with Brian Owens on here, He is our dealer in Texas. We'll drop ship the woofer(s) directly to you. This way our dealers are still protected and there are no 'online' sales. But it is all we can do at this point and time until we can get a strong dealer network setup and more information readily available... Thanks! -Nick

Get in touch with Brian Owens, he's an AA dealer in Texas and is the closest to you. What we will do is you have to go through him and we will drop ship the woofers directly to you.... That way we protect our dealers, don't make them mad, and you get your woofers!

No it doesnt act as a 3rd or 4th woofer, PR's act as a port, that really isn't there. You need to have twice as much Sd with a a PR as the woofer..so 1 15" woofer, needs 2 15" pr's.

He does not have the SPL option either. His are daily gapped.. We rate them at 2000 watts, if you find you can put more to them great. But remember if you do not set things up properly you will have issues.

What company has the Fi X been rolled on to?
NDMstang65 replied to imhungnurnot's topic in Fi Products
Ascendant assasin -
Just a standard 12 spoke basket that we use on the whole lineup. Just a small 2" coil, i think we rated them at 400 watts rms If i remember correctly... Honestly like the subs a lot, most people that want stuff from us buy them to abuse them with very high power...and the X's simply wouldn't take it . We don't have any left as far as I know, but i'm not 100% sure on that. Ill check and see if we can dig some up.

Entry level driver that we pulled from Fi... Simply didn't sell with the little niche market that Fi is in....

Awesome dude, glad you are liking them. Keep in touch man! I hope to get my Celica running again one day...hopefully ill get some more time to go over to ctech a little more often

Not sure on a price to sell it for... We made improvements on the new BTL to ward us coming out with it, as we have time to do R&D we will further develop all of the lines..when we feel we have enough gain in performance without costing an arm and a leg to do so, we will update the series of woofers...

Yes, but it depends on your location. We have a few international distributors that you have to go through.

I've got a response from the people who hold your email account or whatnot.. This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its recipients after more than 48 hours on the queue on mailout5.parasun.com. The message identifier is: 1K2zas-0008Vc-SE The date of the message is: Sun, 01 Jun 2008 22:16:18 -0400 The subject of the message is: Re: BTL Options (Need anwsers before we order) The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is: bigdog829 ' at ' motorcitymodz.com No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up, and when that happens, the message will be returned to you. If it is strictly for burps then I highly suggest that you choose the flatwire coil option, and no cooling. The vast majority of the installs you have a little more output with the added motor strength of not having the inside of the motor machined out. -- Thanks! Nick Morgan Fi Car Audio

Dom's an idiot That alt will never do 300 amps with the grace of God himself zapping it...hate to break it to you. Do NOT buy stuff from him.

No, if you have a pair of subs you can wire them to .5,2 or 8 ohms. ~1200-1500w per sub should be fine.
-
We just figured out what it was a few days ago because there was no paper or any sort of information with it, i've emailed you back 3 times saying that we're putting a flatwire dual 1ohm coil in it...

That's why i'm asking for pictures because if it is a warranty issue then we will take care of it. If i see pictures of it and i notice what we call abuse then the warranty does not cover it. Or if all else fails you can always send it in if you don't want to do the recone yourself. I honestly don't see how one got out of our place with glue all over it and what not...that's really weird.
