Yes.. Each 15" recone is $85 + shipping to where you are (need a zip code) Thanks! -Nick

Don't know how much the motor weighs off the top of my head so i can't do a 'shipped' price until tomorrow when I get in touch with Scott. 12" recone with basket and everything is $108 plus shipping. Thanks! -Nick

Thanks!!!! -
I've told you 10 times how much the Q is, I remember it was either 137 dollars or 176 dollars of additional shipping? Scott has emailed you the price sheet for the international distributorship multiple times, as have I.

I'll get Scott to look into it again tomorrow. Canada just sucks, that's the end of that short story lol. If they finally admit that it's 'lost' we'll file a claim and get another woofer out to you somehow with some sort of tracking. Brokerage fees just suck with UPS and Fedex, I have not looked into DHL yet, but i'm going to work on that next week.

Cool, let us know how you like them in the long term!

No man, don't try to pull it out. You'll have to get a torch out and melt it to 500 degrees to even get the pole to move. It's not supposed to have a pole vent that is how it is designed . Most know that, putting a booklet together really isn't worth it. Mainly because the vast majority of people who purchase the subs are DIY guy's and it isn't their first time around the block. Thanks! -Nick -
No big deal man, sorry i've been working 16 hours a day and no where near internet or phone or anything. (Yes, i've got another job for summer..not for long though)

taken care of

Honestly man it's a waste to put a pair of those subs to that amp, it MIGHT do 1300-1400 watts on a good day. I've never had any sort of remotely good luck with them before. I'll be up front and say right out to not expect much of the single woofer performance with that amplifier, it simply doesn't do the power... When your tracking number goes from 'billing information received' to 'in transit' is when your woofer has left. Thanks! -Nick
-
What amp were you running these with? Also, Why did you put the screws through the gasket? There's only 4 holes in the gasket, not 8, you are supposed to peel the gasket back and pre drill the holes through the edge of the surround and into the box, if you didn't pre drill the holes and didn't clean the holes out thats why your surrounds are splitting, the screws peeled the surround up when you ran them through the gasket...when you powered them up and beat on them they split. The top picture indicates the split started at the screw hole, its located at about the 11 o'clock position...

Can't use a BTL in a sealed box, it won't work properly and it'l sound terrible. Adjust your settings accordingly and you won't have any problems.
-
Sure man, Email me and i'll get you taken care of. Let me know what your interested in. Nick " at " ficaraudio.com Thanks! -Nick
-
-Subsonic filters should be set 3-4Hz below tuning at MOST. -With 8v of pre out voltage honestly your gain should be all the way down, a gain is nothing more then a knob to match signal voltage, it's not a volume knob. -Volume on ANYTHING should never be all the way up. Your getting into a very dirty signal and the woofer is unloading causing the leads to snap...
-
So they were all in the same enclosure? Where is the glue all over the place as you described?
-
Sorry man been working a LOT of long hours at my other 'summer job'...been hell to say the least. None the less things have changed, we still have your motor and we have a coil that will now fit it if you are interested in a recone.. Let me know, i'll be on here tonight hopefully after daylight and get things taken care of. Thanks! -Nick
-
ill get back to you tonight, I got drafted again last night at my summer job so i'm running on 4 hours of sleep and have to go back and do it all over again
-
Not with a BTL coil you haven't, it will sit on the top plate of an MT...won't quite work
-
Ok..I don't know how to explain this in any other way. The ability to do such an act might be total coincidence with your brother's or who ever's 9515. The BTL 18 has FAR more displacement than a 9515 ever thought about having. Displacement is what makes 'hair tricks' possible, it is the volumetric displacement of air by the cone of the woofer moving at a given frequency. You have a cone area advantage with the 18, you also have an excursion advantage with the 18. Put the two together, and you have...displacement. It's like comparing a v6 mustang to a v8 mustang at a drag strip. The v6 might have hooked up better and beat the v8. But if the v8 puts the power to the ground it will out run the v6 every single time. I don't understand why you've been so quick on the draw and aggrivated since you ordered the sub. Loud is loud, regardless. But this is just a little bit ridiculous.
