I have a 2007 mustang coupe with 2 12" audiopipe TXX-ap12bl in a bassworx pre-fabed enclosure right now..they sound alright in it..get pretty loud..but i want a custom enclosure for them..there powered by an audiopipe ap15001d..im looking for spl..and in a good enclosure..i belive these subs can do just that..now the only problem is the trunk opening on the new stangs...are a little tight..i had to do some fabrication in my trunk to get the box i have in there now..but i was thinking somthing like a 3.5cuft enclosure tuned at around 34-36hz..

this would most likely go in a ford fusion and i love to listen to chopped and screwed music (im bumpin some real talk by trae chopped up right now ) so i obviously like it low.Ive made some previous post about 2 BL's with a mtx 92001 but now that im seeing the icons in all these crazy setup im thinkin i want a pair!! the videos are blowin my mind, my budget is no more then 2000 grand for everything, and i know the BL set up will be more unless i buy everything used but i really dont like doin that.So what setup will MOST likely get lower/louder (loud to me is having bass that is head pounding in ur face bass ) but i also love btutal low end bass. So what do you think will best suit my needs

1000 watts would be good imo, i would add the BP power and the flatwind coils, and for the Q, i would add BP power if you want 1500 watts...make sure the power is clean though (non-clipped)

with that space, i would go for the 15", it will get crazy loud if installed properly

do not buy a prefab, it will sound like ish....build your own or have someone custom build it for you and if you need a headunit... check out the new eclipses on sonicelectronix.com, the give you all the instalation for free like crutchfield... these are some of the best units out right now

thats a nice amp, any electrical upgrades (big3, batts,alternator), but can you fit a 3.5cu.ft?

it all depends on what you can fit, but fi recommends 2.8-4.0 cu.ft. , i would go for 3.5cu.ft tuned at 32hz,that would sound real nice,and what are you powering it with??

yea ur 400 watts off the rms for the Q's, that just might be why

wat can be wrong with getting a TA92001.....i know now that soundstream amps are not the best... but why not mtx amps...i mean i could go for the SAZ-3000D but why spend onther 300 bucks for it when i could get that mtx amp for 825?

the kicker 1/0 amp kit is wat in goin to buy with some knu rcas and 10gauge speaker wire

why do you say?? and as far as my equipment, yea i know i have to raise my budget 2000 bucks is a bit low for EVERYTHING

the q or the bl could NOT handle that amp at 1ohm, its way to beastly, 2 15" BTLs with that amp would be really nice, i say go for that

im goin more twoards output but i also dont want to have slopy bass, the amps are either soundstream pca2000d (ssa icons) or the mtx ta92001 (BL's)

use the search at the top of the screen, there is a bunch of stuff on this topic... or just google Fi BL vs. Fi Q dude...the BL and the Q r nuthin alike.... but they do look the same

yo man, relax, its going to take time, its only been a month, it can sometimes take longer, scott is busy, and Fi's customer service is awsome, you buy those BTL's and love them

mix it with low fat or even skim milk and im sure it will taste MUCH better, if it dosent take it back to GNC, thats what i did, and get you self some ON's gold stantard 100% whey. great stuff, i got a bit bigger and a bit stronger it tastes real good 2
