Shoot me an email to the sales@fi address, and we will get this taken care of for you. The regular recone kits wont work, but we can still build the 4" recones for you, they are just a little more expensive, as the coil are quite a bit more expensive. -Shawn

This was not a normal order that went through the system, were he got an order number and tracking. This was done through paypal, as it was an international order that was being dropped shipped. This order was also placed while I was in FL having my leg amputation surgery. I am in no way trying to make excuses for what has happened and I am trying to rectify it, and take care of him above and beyond, as it was my fault and it all falls onto my shoulders. Again, I am very sorry about this Alain, and will do everything in my ability to make you happy.

No cell phone. My new Iphone is somewhere in the middle of the interstate. As my friends can atest, I am the worse when it comes to cell phones, it kept dropping service when I was trying to speak to a customer last week, and I launched it out of the window of my car. If I get time this weekend to run by Best Buy, I will purchase ANOTHER phone. That why if anyone is trying to contact me via my personal cell phone,, likely hood is its picking up voice mail right off the bat, not even ringing. The other things is the voicemail is probably full as it has been almost 2 weeks since I threw it out of the window, so I'm fuguring the messages are full. I might also be changing the number as somehow my number has gotten spread around, (now this is my personal cell, not a work cell), and I had people calling me all hours of the night, I had one a couple weeks ago, a guy called me 6 times in a row at 3:30am on a Wednesday morning, until I finally answered, as I didnt know who it was, I figured it was an emergency from maybe a family member back home, as my grandma isnt getting any younger. But Dre, I wanted to give you the heads up, I will call you this weekend, when I get my new phone, to give you the new number.

Alain, I apologize, I had thought your order had gone out already. I checked back through my email, and I hadnt recieved any emails from you recently, so I had thought they they had already shipped. I have another set being machined up for you right now. I will shoot you over the tracking number through email, in one moment. Also, shoot me an email with what size shirt you wear, and I will also get some extra stickers thrown in for you as well. Also, when you shoot me over the shirt size, let me know what you need as far as the N2,and I will get you taken care of as far as that goes.

We just had a Mayhem we shipped get a broken basket. I do not understand how they can break something that is crated with 9/16" thick panel on top and bottom, foam lined and braced with 2x4's. Makes no sense whatsoever.

Man I was starting to freak out that one of my guys f'd up and put the 4"-6spoke basket on an SSD! I know we have a frew N3 that have that basket, but they have a much larger former than a standard N3. (more costly)
