I have only used Kicker amps up til now in which I have 2 1500's and the setting are a little confusing to me. Can someone please explain them and what I should have the LPF, Subsonic, and Phase? Thanks Chris Hasbrook

First off, another comparison that may have already occured yea yea sorry. Looking at a Saz-1500D for $400 or a 2200d for $389? Obviously a difference in power but Sundowns are usually underrated with great CS and don't hear TOO much bout the AQ's besides ppl that have them but know nothing bout any other amps. I was also wondering about this amp because I'm wanting an amp thats 2-3k@1 ohm and was looking at a Saz-1500D, this amp, T20001 or hell just saving up a lil more and get the 3000d while its still on sale and available. But I like the price for the AQ but kind of fearing it's more towards a Hifonics like approach and its a decent amp at a nice price but you could do better.

i thought ud say o-scope, how much are they cuz every1 i know that has 1 always has to get them calibrated and this and that whatever...the 4 12's were wired to 1ohm as is this single 15...i know people can be wrong, just sayin what ive been told...where in minnesota are u?

and what exactly do u mean in voltage? there was never any warning as when the sub could possibly fail

ok, does it mean anything that these exact same settings worked on 4 cvrs for over a year? just curious...i was told by multiple people that the settings were fine, they listened to it and it sounded fine no clipping or bottoming, and the driver never got warm

Can someone tell me why about 1/4 of the spider would be torn and a lil crispy and the rest be fine? the coil looks fine too btw...powered by a KX1200.1 in a 2.6 internal sealed enclosure...it smells AND feels as if it were on fire...the gains were fine and everything, i wasnt even playing full tilt when all the sudden...silence, no pop or any sound, just no bass and the smell

download iplay and take the songs off the ipod to ur computer...then rename as u wish, the drag & drop to itunes and reinstall...iplay is only free for so long but i used it only once cuz its all i needed and it worked great...

could I work with a 15" BL w/ measurements of 30x13.9x24 (WxHxD) w/ sub up port back? its going in a trunk so...comin from 4 12" cvrs sealed so i dont want that much of a drop off if any...idk FI at all, willing to try
