bjfish11 replied to BassHead24301's topic in Fisher Customs
I ran a pair of MT's in my truck awhile back. I didnt try different port/sub orientations, but had great results with sub and ports facing up. For all design questions, please contact Dylan (at) fishercustoms (dot) com -
Its for a 12" Fi Q. 1.8 cubes @ 32 hz. Flared port, flush mount baffle, and carpet. Here are the build pics:

wow, thats harsh. I wouldn't make you sleep in the basement. Well, I live in a very small house, with only 2 bedrooms upstairs. So you would have to sleep on my desk, or cuddle up with me... haha.

Brand spankin new! I love them, look much better IMO.
-
Anyone notice the new FC Badges on it?
-
I dont know much about them either, yet Will be getting to hear one soon, I think. I trust Dylans work enough to take it and run.

Price will depend on the size/design of the enclosure. You can send it over, and I will shoot you a ball park figure.

Here we have a box for 8-10" drivers. Dont recall what subs he is running, and dont have the specs of the box with me. Maybe Dylan will step in with those. Using a pair of 6" ports for the vent, and all the subs will be flush mounted. Doing something a little different than usual. Might be a challenge to carpet, we will see tomorrow. Onto the pics...

Always nice to see some more kansans around.

Fisher Customs Benefit Raffle for Kyle Hicks v2.0
bjfish11 replied to bjfish11's topic in Fisher Customs
Opening up ticket sales tomorrow sometime. Hope to see lots of your names in the bucket! -
Its that time again! We had a good turnout for the last raffle that ran towards the end of 08. Had a lot of people ask to do another one. Even had some more vendors step up to help out with prizes. Rules will be the same as last one. Tickets will be purchased for $1 per ticket, with 100% of the profits going directly to Kyle's cause. Tickets will be available starting March 11th. The actual drawing of the raffle will start April 1st, but tickets will still be sold until all prizes have been awarded. Just like the last one, 1 name will be drawn each day, until a name is drawn 3 times. Little new info on Kyle... They currently have raised over $255,000 towards the needed $500,000 for his transplant. So its moving along rather quickly. More info can be found here: http://cotaforkyleh.com/ The link to the first raffle is: http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=360589 We ended up selling 1871 tickets the first time around, so of course our goal is to beat that number. The prize list is as follows: Prize #1 Pair (2) of 12" Stereo Integrity Mag v4's compliments of Nick from SI 2 cube sealed box for the pair of drivers from Fisher Customs Prize #2 Hertz HSK 165 components donated by cheesemind from SSA Forums Sundown SAX 125.2 amplifier from Kamanian (Auth TN Dealer) off the ca.com boards Prize #3 4 Door Packs of Second Skin Damplifier Pro From Anthony of Second Skin Audio Totaling in at around $1,400, I think we have another pretty good product line-up. Lets get this thing kicked off Wednesday with a bang. Anyone wanting to help, just start spreading the word. The more people that know about it, the more cash we can raise for Kyle.

This build is a little past due on posting it up. I think it was delivered yesterday. But here are the build pics on it. Apparently, I didnt take final pics of it either.

Dont recall exact specs, Im sure Dylan or Duran can comment on that. On the length, did you mean port length, or depth of the box? You can say both if you want, but I just meant the depth of the box. Used the customers max dims to get the proper air space needed. Of courses, the long port is to get proper tuning.

I know... I have been slacking with build logs. Here is another one I did sometime back in Feb. Pretty straight forward flared port box.
