    Mustang Enclosure- 10" Orion H2

The design aspect is not my area of expertise... But, I would imaging to the ear, you wouldnt be able to tell a difference in this box vs. a regular box of the same specs.

    Single 12" Icon Build

Yes, flush mount is $5 more. For the standard enclosure, I wanted to go regular double baffle, because I sell more of those vs. flush mount.

    a few q's

At the current workload, turnaround time is somewhere between 10-14 days. Of course that can change, depending on my schedule. I have done a couple dual flares. That shouldnt be a problem. I have shipped to the Carribbean and Canada. Since I dont do my own designs, the only software I use is a Cut Sheet program and an Invoice program. The design team uses a variety of programs, the end result is displayed in Sketchup. Partsexpress is where I get my carpet. I do not do this full time. I build a section of the Boeing 767 aircraft during the day, do the enclosures after I get off. I worked in a woodshop at a family business for a summer as my first job. I learned a great deal there, and just kind of took it and ran.

Making a trip to home depot...

I dont think the choice of screws is your problem. I use deck screws and have 0 problems. Just make sure you are predrilling with the proper sized bit.

    3.5 @ 34 hz for a 15" Alpine Type R

I cant access my email right now, but I will get to you tonight and we will figure out what to do next. In the mean time, do not throw away any of the packing materials, as DHL will have to see everything or they will automatically dismiss the claim. And, it probably wasnt a good idea to install the woofer already. They will look for every option available to not give anyone any cash. Just an fyi.

    Simple Little Sealed Box

I believe the specs were 1.4 cubes per sub, and the customer wanted separate chambers. Pretty straight forward build here. Actually got the entire box assembled, just didnt take any extra pics. Ready to be sanded and covered with carpet.

    Box Build for vetkilr (ca.com)

Pete seems to take a lot into account when he designs his enclosures. And it seems his designs put up great numbers. Only complaint I have, is I had to literaly sort through like 15 pages of prints just to get all the dimensions.
  22. He had Pete do the design from TTB, but unfortunately it didnt quite fit my build style. So Chris re-did the design, keeping the internal dims and everything exact, just changed the orientation of the panels to fit our style a little better. Not exactly sure whats going in the enclosure, or what it is going in. It will be two mirrored enclosures, that he will be bolting together once he gets them in his vehicle. I got working hard this weekend, and didnt take too many pics. As we set now, both enclosures are completely built, and will bet getting sanded, and ports painted tomorrow. From there, carpet soon. Onto the pics...
