Awesome man. And if you have any other questions, feel free to shoot me an email.

First thing we need to do, is get a design done for you. You can check the online store, to see if there are any designs already done, that will work well for your setup. There isnt many up yet, so most likely you wont find anything. If that is the case, you can shoot my designer Chris (at) FisherCustoms (dot) com an email. Once the design is complete, Ill get you a price quote, and we will work from there. To give you a general idea on pricing, the scale can be found both on my website on the products page, as well as here: http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...showtopic=18033 Let me know if you need anything else.

Pick-Up is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Ill email you the tracking info shortly.
-
With the current workload, we are looking at around a 2 week turnaround time. Getting it to you by then sholdnt be a problem, as long as it doesnt get hung up in customs or anything.
-
Thats cool man. Just let me know if you need anything.

Im hoping to get it finished up for you tomorrow. Been a little down and out the last few days and havent been to the shop. I want to try to get it shipped out before the weekend for you. Thank you for your patience
-
Yea, the guy that did it, did a pretty good job on it. Dont ya think? haha Cool Lotaimpalass, I dont see too many people from our area out and around any boards I visit.
-
Should be some larger than 4.5, although I cant say for sure. Im not exactly sure what is in Chris' database.
-
It basically looks exactly like MDF, only more uniformly compressed, IMO. Also a little lighter in color. I would venture to guess, if you would put them side by side, a majority of people wouldnt be able to tell which is which.
-
Im pretty excited to see how this goes. I have pretty high expectations for this, as I can see it becoming pretty popular and helping a lot of people out. We will just have to wait and see.

This enclosure is not going to be like most I have done lately. We are insetting the front panels instead of the sides. He is wanting the front painted white and the port black. Will also be wrapped in black carpet. Here is the start:

Thanks guys. Standard price on 5 cubes runs $230 shipped with carpet. Extra options are available.
-
Definitely! It will be shipping out Monday morning. Ill get you the tracking info sometime this weekend.
-
Thanks fellas.

Definitely worth the extra cost to me. Plus, the customers like the weight savings with it. Just got home, and have the info comparing BB and Trupan. BB is 2.19 lbs per square foot, and Trupan is 2.25. Guess it is closer than I though.
-
This one is mostly done. Just a few little things to finish up, and it will be out the door.
-
Finished this up the other day. Need to get all the paperwork taken care of... its heading way up North.

The supplier I use, is less than double the cost of regular MDF. I pay right around $38 per sheet. As mentioned, not only lighter, but cuts and routes much easier. As for weight, it is right on par with Baltic Birch. I dont have the numbers will be right now, but IIRC Tupan is about .2 (two tenths) lbs heavier than Baltic Birch. So nearly the same weight.

I havent seen the final design pics of this one yet, but I think I have an idea of whats going on. Should be very, very sweet. Going to be doing something I have never done before with this one. Ill definitly get some pics of the design up once I get it, and a build log will be up for sure.

We can bend the ports with 90* angles if needed. Best bet, is to contact on of my designers, Chris (at) fishercustoms(dot)com
-
Specs on it are 2.35 cubes @ 34 hz. This one will be left bare and will use a 4" PSP for the port. Im not sure on the year of Mustang this is for, but I believe it might be a mid 90's.
-
You might need to go a little larger than that. With those dims, we have 2.15 cubes before any displacement. After sub displacement you will be around 2 cubes. I would say you would be fine with a pair of 4" aeros.
-
The largest outter dims are: 25.5 wide 14 tall around 21 deep Let me know if you need more info.
-
You would be looking at $155 shipped for that enclosure with single baffle. If you need anything else, let me know. Thanks, B.J.

He is going to be driving through the area this holiday weekend, so he is going to be swinging by the shop and picking it up. I believe the specs were 2.5 @ 32 hz, maybe. He wanted a pair of 3" aeros on the box as well. I had to modify the mounting flange of the ports a little. The box was only 12" tall, and each port was 6.25" wide. What I came up with, I think will be pretty cool. I will save that for later on though. Onto the pics...
