Thanks fellas.

Have not done a flared port box in a long time it seems, and this is the 3rd one this weekend. Its crazy how that kind of stuff works out sometimes. Anyways, here are the pics of the build:

Sweet!

Customer is actually on his way from Lincoln as we speak, to pick this up in the morning. 100 square inches of port with a dual flared port.
-
Here is the completion of this project...

Awesome man.

I have thought about the tutorials. But I dont want to put myself out of business, lol. Here is the completion of this enclosure.

I dont really have any experience with walls, but it would be an idea I would toss around. Sort of depends on how busy I was at the moment though too.
-
Thanks again Aaron. And definitely glad you are happy with it Quentin. So I take it, the 5 hr drive was worth the results?
-
Thanks Aaron. Im gearing up for the Icons to be back in stock. Just ordered in enough cardboard boxes to ship out over 100 enclosures.

I sure have been building a lot of large boxes lately. Im kind of ready to get back to some smaller ones... haha. This one is with a side firing port. I have done 2 other enclosures for this customer with the same port configuration.
-
Haha. I could do some classes I guess....

Looks good Andrew. How well does the drivers fit into the flush mount? LIke I had told you, that was my first time with the 15's, so I didnt have a template to work off of. Abxx, A logo of that size and shape (not very many curves or tight corners) is actually pretty easy. I did an SSA one a little while back, which was a lot tougher.

His email address is in my first post, just add the "@" and the "." http://www.fishercustoms.com/store/index.p...4c9421afde21fbd Go there, and the second option on the form is "Box Builder." You can select Fisher Customs or other.

Oh easily.. I was actually inside it when I was painting the port after assembly. I got a little bit of a headache though.
-
Yea, I dont know of anything else it could fit in. You might be able to park a Geo Metro inside of it though.
-
I figured 2 yards would be plenty, but a yard might have cut it close. I figured for the price it was better to have a little left over, haha.

Well, I dont make near enough to do this full time. Need a couple large companies to hop on board and stock my enclosures. Until then, I will continue to build Airplanes during the day, lol. Been doing this for about the last 5 years. Really hitting it hard the last 2 1/2.

Cool. Let me know if you need anything. And if you happen to need anymore carpet, just holler.

Lately, business has been nothing short of crazy. Its starting to be more than just a little job on the side.
-
Just whatever pics you want to post up would be cool. But final pics are a must of course

The customer made the trip down from Lincoln, NE today to pick up the box. He brought the RD Alphas along, and we hooked them up to give it a listen before he headed out. Got pretty loud, had the shop shaking pretty good. Overall, I think he was very happy with the turnout of the enclosure. Him and a friend fabricated a little false floor as well. Got the amps mounted underneath, with a little neon hidden up as well. I think they said they still had a little work to do on it yet though. Here are some pics of it installed...
-
Andrew, did you get a chance to check how the drivers fit today? Also, some installed pics of it would be great.

Yea, we sell just designs as well. Easiest way to do it, is through the store checkout. There is a selection where you can choose "Other" for the builder. Or like I said, just shoot Chris an email directly. Whichever is most convenient for you guys. If either of you need anything else, or have more questions, just ask.
