once I catch up on my orders I'll start this one... it's gonna be a mix of MDF,Lexan and possibly aluminum or stainless

with the Low Canadian dollar US customers save aprox 25% at the moment because of the exchange.... it sux for the economy but it's good for buisiness on my end

I have been trying for months to come up with a good Logo for my web site and boxes but I have yet to come up with something that really POPS out...I see that BJ has had some luck with his on line contests and it has worked out well for him so this is what I'm gonna do.....I need a Logo for "Pound That Sound" and I am willing to give up an enclosure to who ever comes up with a nice Logo that works... the enclosure can be a single or two woofer daily driver fully finished (for the price of the shipping)

I was actually 1 db louder about 10 min earlier...that damn A3000gti drains both my batteries really quick once it warms up I'll be ripping out the A/C to make room for another alt and adding another deep cycle

I had a chance today to stick the TermLab in....I was having voltage dips down to 10 volts shutting the A3000gti down but I was able to squeek out a 144.7db @ 25hz that was with two seriously run down batteries ,no system adjustments and the subs brand new out of the box I'll meter them with charged batteries once the subs break in a bit

now that is a heater!!!

the out put is just sick...more than I expected oh man! can't wait to see you blow up your laptop with this one. after you get that painted, the pics are going up on the main site for all to see. Damn nice work. I'll be keeping the LabTop out side this time...LOL once this 30 below weather goes away I'll be able to get the interior finished up

well I managed to get it done a day early :bigclap: my system is finally up to snuff now the four Icons are a good match for the power of the A3000gti I'll show better pics once I get the interior cleaned and the amp rack started

all depends on how thick I need till it sounds dead when I rap my knuckles on it..... maybee 10 to 12 layers if needed

I have to have this enclosure done by the end of the weekend if possible cause I have a pile of orders I have to start on Monday morning want to give it a test run before I do any outer cosmetics..........there is still a peice for the rear deck and the port to be made

I'll give it another exterior layer then build it up on the back side

this is turning out to be one funky build.....time to break out the fiberglass

this is just a test box for the quad of 10"....I am not shure exactley how the baffle will come out....I have to squeeze 4 woofers in a space made for 3 each cavity is 2.25cf3 plus displacements and tuned at 31hz

they made it in perfect shape....I'm looking forward to the enclosure build to this one is gonna be a little more interesting
