    WHHHYYYYYYYY

I remember before class D almost all amps had good SQ and tons of clean head room most of the old school stuff was high current solid state with discreat components everything is built so cheep now unless you spend alot of $$$

I will never run a class D amp on the subs again.....I run class A/B with current servo's class D has no where near the damping factor for my liking

    Quick question thumpper!

the kerfed enclosures are better.....lower port turbulance at the port opening they also have the over excessive internal bracing...very solid
  6. the MDF says Made In Canada on it LOL my boxes never started out this way....I'll just say that now I know what NOT to build

    CSS CDX 15" enclosure build

I have not heard of this woofer till now.....does seem HT oriented.....it likes low tuned enclosures
  11. I want ti hear the XCONS soo bad after hearing the way that I ICONS pound They must be sick Don't worry, you will hear them soon. Trevor has already got dibbs on the first production Xcon's. And a pair on that amp is going to just be flat out nutty. ahhhhh, I think he wants a treo of them three 12" to be exact.......
  12. LOL...that drive by bass CD collection has some really good drops on it

I got everything covered below 25hz....LOL
  15. like the title states.... I need the trunk dimensions for a 1994 Chevy Caprice if anyone here drives one thanx
  16. the trunk area is already deadened...the trunk lid is solid with expanding foam and the whole cargo area is covered in B-Quiet.... once the snow is gone I'll strip the interior and finish when the windows are right down or right up the rattles almost dissapear....being parked beside the garage doesn't help either....the garage windows flexed almost as much as the car..very noisy
  17. I can't wait to get my hands on some Xcons......I'm thinking three 12"
  18. thanx I hope to get some progress on the interior soon..
  19. this set up is just retarded......Judas Preist sounds AWSOME when your vision is blurry it hits really hard..the drops are elastic band tight I'll try and hit all the BC comps this year for those who want a listen
  20. I thought you would like that one...LOL it's a really crazy sounding set up....I think I have enough power for 2 more 10's
  21. they are class AB with ballanced current servo's..... it's worth the electrical system strain..the damping factor they produce is just sickening not a space or power efficient amp but I think I finally have the quality and amount of power I have been looking for
  22. this amp requiers a 500 amp external fuse and has a internal 400amp fuse it can drain two brand new BIG deep cycle batteries very fast...with a good 20 minute drive cranked I have to return home for a charge honestly I have never seen anything like it..the A6000 can draw over 750 amps
  23. I can't wait to see what happens when I get the high output alt and another auxilary battery... my amp is getting no where near the amperage it needs to produce full power ......it can draw in acess of 500 amps I should have the problem fixed soon
  24. did a couple of tweeks and did one more 10hz test
