the Tempo pods were a temp thing..they were built in a day and sprayed with box liner and the available space was really lacking I think these ones will work really well...lots of air space to make decent mid bass and they are really solid...a little heavy on the glassing but I don't want any buzz or vibaration what so ever it's back to customer enclosure building tomorrow....I'll finish these next thursday and friday
-
still alot of prep and sanding to do before the Vinyl
-

got the back sides of the pods done.....the bottom storage compartment is lined with 1/4" of glass and matting as well as the rest of the pod ..the tweeter mount is seperated from the mid pods (completely sealed)

the subs showed up today.... :bigclap:
-
remember when we had this enclosure in your truck flipped the other way it was unloading into the top corner of the cab...I couldn't beleive how loud those cheep EFX woofers got with 400w rms each..LOL
-
I think that that box would unload better if the port was on the top. Just an idea. I know that box HAMMERS. When it was in the car it would rattle your eye balls. And with that crown power the Icons pound. I bet you neighbors are going to hate you LMFAO actually having the port down by the floor and the subs facing down will have better output in this case....if the enclosure is turned the other way the subs would unload free air instead of having a surface for the waves to guide along
