I was just up there for the weekend. But now I'm back in Kansas.

Hey we finally got some snow. It's a bit of a dusting right now, maybe 1/4 inch. They say we're supposed to get 1" this morning. So not a ton, but some. But of course it has to happen when I'm going to be driving in it.

IMO, don't waste your money on a temporary amp. Save for the one you want.
-
depends on what caused it. If it was bottomed out, yeah that's not healthy for it. If the amp was clipping at about 100 watts, it won't do anything. If something had already come loose in the motor and was bouncing around causing the noise, well, the damage was already done.

I'm 100% for working hard naturally to lose the weight, but I just wanted to throw another thing out there. I know three people who have chosen to get their stomach stapled and all three had very good luck. My aunt lost probably 80 lbs and is now a very fit looking 45 year old, her husband lost probably 150 and is good looking, and a former coworker was over 400 lbs and dropped 200. But you still have to get your diet right. Surgery will make you eat less at first, but you can still stretch the stomach back out and gain weight if you don't have better discipline.

Maybe cut down the weed, it makes people hungry

if the component set was, lets say, 4 ohms and the amp was 100x2 at 4 ohms it would send each side 100 watts then the cross over splits it up between the tweet and mid. how much power they really see is alittle more complicated and i cant explain it... Have to be careful with your wording here, as the crossover splits up the frequencies between the tweet and mid, not the power. Both the tweet and mid would still receive 100 watts each. This is because they aren't playing the same frequencies. I'm not doubting you here, but why is that? If you hook two subs up to an amp it would split the power between the two, right? Why would it work differently with the comps? Because they play different frequencies, as I said. An amplifier will put out 100 watts across the whole frequency range. If you have one speaker playing 0-5khz, it will get 100 watts. Then if you have another speaker playing 5khz-20khz, it will get 100 watts. It's just like if you only had one speaker playing the whole frequency range. That's how the amp sees it, anyways. It's the same reason why they have both a 4 ohm mid and 4 ohm tweeter in the component set, but the whole system is still rated for 4 ohms, not 2. But with subs, they are playing the same stuff, so that 100 watts has to get divided into two drivers, and those individual 4 ohm subs would be 2 ohms if wired in parallel.

They're ok if they aren't too big. But I'm more of an Elisha Cuthbert type. Or maybe a little taller if possible. But too skinny is gross. Legs can't be twigs and just bony.

Why are you so caught up in signal to noise ratios? They don't mean one amp is louder than another. Plus the amp is going on subs so it's not nearly as big of a deal as if they were going on interior speakers.

Make sure your subsonic is turned on on the amp to around 30 hz. With a tuning that high there's quite a bit of music that can be below there, causing mechanical damage if not attenuated. If you tuned lower you'd get better lowend and less of a peaky response around 45-50 hz like you probably get now.

KU plays KState tonight. How about it?

So was this named for the character or what?

Shit I thought today was Wednesday. That's when I get to do it for the first time in almost a month. Going up to Minnesota this 3 day weekend to visit my brother. Should be cold. great.

I didn't realize the vastness of the US economy until I read today that the US had almost 14 trillion in GDP in 2007. In second was Japan, with 4.2, then Germany (surprise) with 3.3, then China with 3.2. I didn't realize there was such a discrepancy, especially with China. Furthermore, the US has 1/4 of the world's GDP- 54 trillion in 2007. Dang, we rock much harder than I thought.

Make a home theater sub system

I want snow. The north has had it like crazy this year, and we've had like 1/2" all year here in Kansas. BS.

I hate John Mayer. his music sucks. The songs that just got done playing on my Pandora station of Paul Wall: Lil Flip- Game Over (one of my faves) Paul Wall- Everybody Know Me, Get Your Paper Up, and Break Em Off Lil Wayne- Lollipop T.I.- Motivation and You Don't Know Me Young Jeezy- Put On Now I think I'll switch over to either my Ratt station or The Crystal Method station. Have to flip a coin. -
maybe you should get some chronic audio speakers.

Been looking over stocks all morning and some this afternoon. Signed up with Scottrade and it's like signing your life away. Tons of rules and junk to peruse and sign.
