I'm completely bias when I offer the O Audio amp. I have used it, and I see no other reason in going to a different amp. (Unless I need more power, but 500w is really quite a bit in my house.) This is a solid amp.

It's a tough balance to keep, but I think you guys do pretty darn well! However, if a few people never did show up around here, it won't bother me to awful much. I feel there just needs to be a slight understanding by new members to respect the people who run the site and how they run it.

You've obviously never ridden in an Eaton'd 3.8 MN12. They are nasty down low. Run out of steam pretty quickly though. never have but the srt6 weighs less has way more HP and only about 20ft lbs less torque (curves not taken into account) so i can't imagine how they'd even come close on the highway. HP and torque are nothing but numbers by themselves. They tell you nothing without factoring in the gear ratios of the tranny/rearend, shift points, stall speeds, etc. . . My old Cobra has less HP and torque than an LS1 F-body and was heavier, but I would kill them out of the hole. Top end was another story, and that's where the powerband is on the 4.6 4V. While i get what you're trying to say, are you willing to stand behind the statement that you think the thunderbird had a chance in the mentioned race? In a race around the track, or from a dead stop, or a top speed challenge, no. Not at all. My car has a sweet spot, almost like a power band on a 2 stroke, from 60-85.

It's the voice coils. You'll either need a single 4ohm coil or dual 2ohm coils if you want to run it on the O Audio.

That's what I would do. That would be a great combination. Just make sure you get the right VC configuration.

Same exact car as this one. When we started to hit about 85-90 it really started to pull. I would NOT have been able to keep up if my car worked right.

Okay, let me rephrase. My 'Bird is stock, but it is a Super Coupe (super charged). It does have some balls to it. I pulled up to him doing about 60ish and then we took off. It was damn close up until about 85-90ish. For some reason my car beeps at me and tells me to up shift, but I have an automatic? At this point he's starting to really pull away. Maybe someone can let me know why my car tells me to up shift.

I raced an SRT with my 'Bird. Well I kept up with him until about 90 and then it was game over.

Check it with a Digital MultiMeter (DMM). If you don't have one you can pick one up at any hardware or electronic store around. It's a good tool to have regardless.
