If you'd stop wearing lace thongs..than you wouldnt be so groggy. Eat a snickers dude. Take the time to fine tune other things dealing with your setup. Your anticipation will be well worth it once you get that heavy assh box at the front door!! Alright dude, does it take a month to run wires, do the big three and build a box? I had my box built weeks ago, already have 2 gauge wire ran, big three was finished with the box. I will tune my amp when I have the subwoofer to hook it up too. How about u get off here, drive to Vegas, build my sub, then drive to Missouri and had deliver it yourself. I would be delighted to shove my snickers up you @ss. Maybe while your here u can go ahead and tune my sh!t. just like the guy below you stated, don't you think its crap that I cant talk to them when I gave them hundreds of dollars? There customer service is bad enough, I don't need your smart @ss replying with stupid sh!t. Thanks.

Imma have to wait three months??? I have already been waiting a month, This is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be ordering from FI again. 1. They have horrible customer service, they never reply to an email. 2. Your website says 10 - 15 business days, not three months. 3. this one could just be me, but I think its bullsh!t that I have to go on here to find anything out about the sub I ordered a month ago because they don't have a way of getting in contact with them. Hopefully I will get my subwoofer sometime in this decade and then I wont be ordering from FI again. You guys can think I'm horrible or whatever for posting this but I'm done with this sh!t

I have a brand new Hifonics GLX1400.1D and all new 2 gauge wire ran. I should have my ssd 18 sometime in the next couple weeks. Does anyone know what i should tune my box too? its all going in a 01 eclipse(hatchback). I also would like to know what i should run my subsonic filter and everything as. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

This might be a really stupid question, but how do I know what the ssf is set on when it doesn't say directly on the amp what I have it set at. I know its a stupid question im just not good with this stuff

I have an ssd 18 coming hopefully in the next week or two, and I just bought a brand new 1400 watt hifonics amp, with a 2 ferret stinger capacitor. Do you think I will have any problems with dimming and do you thing my alt will be okay? I'm not sure if it matters but I'm running all 2 gauge, and 8 gauge as speaker wire. This is all going in a 01 eclipse, I already have a fully custom box built for the hatchback, I'm just worried I'm not going to have enough juice to keep up with everything. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Okay, that is an option, but i'm kinda on a tight budget. This is my first serious build. Its nothing huge but will be the loudest thing I have ever had. Do you have any other options that would do just fine and be a little cheaper, or should I just wait awhile until I have the money and go that way? If I do what kind of alt, battery, and so forth?

This might seem really horrible to start a forum about, but I feel like it is needed. I emailed FI through there contact tap asking questions about the Subwoofer I wanted to order. I waited a couple days and got no response(still nothing today). So I figured maybe it didn't send, or you know something happened and they didn't receive it. So I went ahead and ordered 1 18 inch SSD, about two and a half weeks ago. I have been checking my email everyday to see "awaiting fulfillment" go away and have a tracking number so I know it shipped. It has been 18 days since I ordered it and so I decided to email them again, hoping to get a response since I actually ordered something. I still have not received an email. Not a F&ck you or anything. Now their website says 10 -15 days for build time (estimated). Now the way I read that is, it will take 10 to 15 days to build. You know like they estimated that between that tenth and fifteenth day it will be completed and be ready to ship. No.. I'm still "Awaiting fulfillment". Now the part of my Subwoofer not being completed on time is not my issue, if they are truly that busy I will be patient and wait due to what I have read about how great these products are. I am p!ssed about the horrible customer service. If they are truly that busy, I'm sure they make enough money to hire someone to reply to emails. It might just be me but I feel that is not very professional. I'm sorry but if I give you $300.00 without meeting you, or talking to you, the least you could do is reply to an email. Am I wrong? I would like to know that there is actually someone there that can help me. I'm not sure if I'm the only who has had this problem, but if they are such a great company why cant they do such a simple thing as reply to an email? Maybe someone from FI will actually read this and give me a reply. Thanks.

I understand what your saying man. But wouldn't it have been nice if it said something like this? "Due to the massive increase in orders, our estimated build time has also increased from 10-15 business days to 20-30". This way people knew what they were getting into. I understand the staff part Partially. Only certain people can build subs, but most people can email u back saying, how much longer you have, or any other questions. This is just how I feel, I could be completely wrong.

I know it sounds like I'm "Reaming" them, but yeah its a little ridiculous. I'll take a look, and I'm sorry Bro, that sucks.
