hi im a proud Fi owner and was planning on upgrading some time in the near future.. i have a BL right now and would like to upgrade to a BTL... i had a custom enclosure made just for my BL made to all Fi's specs... i was wondering would it be possible to reuse this box for a BTL?
-
yeah dude i have to agree with JimJ its really hard for anyone to know what these sound like there are too many variables... but i for one would push you toward the BL i have one myself 12" ported and it sounds damn nice... thats just my opinion i havent heard any of the others so i cant say anything bad... sorry not much help

so im guessing from the comments back a ipod is a no go... hmm... well thank you guys for that.. im not really a audiophile so im not really sure what the vocab you are using but from what i kind of get im guessing that cds are the way to go... also another question if i download a cd from online, it comes as a mp3 so its not as good as a cd i would pick up from the store?
-
hi guys this is my first post in a very long time... as if that matters but i do have one question to ask.... which is better cd or ipod? i have found that cd is a lot louder in treble while my ipod blasts the bass... my ipod is connected through a Alpine headunit with ipod cord and all... i was just wondering what people prefer more cd or ipods?

lol i really just had this problem like less than a day ago... and was super close to give up i talked to mike at maxxsonics and this is what helped me. 1) make sure your rca cables have a splitter on it if you have stereo connection shows in the manual 2) make sure you have gains turned to about 3 o'clock, and subwoofer is on the unit... if none of those help email mike and he will gladly help you -
WHAT?!??!?! md3d new in box for 400!?!??! im so pissed right now... i wish i could take this offer!!!

LOLOLOL sounds like diarrhea.. but anyways problem fixed. basically i was just asking if it is odd or not that my Hifonics(1606D (background info)) amp needs a mono signal instead of a stereo signal from the RCAs connected. because my first amp a Rockford Fosgate (600.1BD(background info)) would work fine with the stereo connection (red and white). sorry for the diarrhea i got on you Johnecon =(
