Still have heard nothing other than what's in that thread. Someone get back to me, this is getting a little rediculous
-
They replied the time I emailed them when he requested my information, so I don't think its going in their junk mail just think they're really busy
-
Actually still waiting, I've emailed them again after sending my info and they still havnt replied. I have been giving them time as each time they promise its being worked on, as you can see every time someone complains about build times they get crapped on and told to be patient. So i've tried being patient

Approaching 5 months now, someone please contact me @ [email protected], Still havn't heard anything other than what's in this thread.
-
Since this is where I usually get replied to(I've only ever gotten one reply to an email) I figured I'd put this here. I know you guys are busy putting out the new BTL line, so I'm not faulting you here I just want to know: What is the status of my recone? It's been a month and I havn't gotten any word. And as far as I can tell your normal turn around is 2 weeks on recones. I packaged my motor well and included what I wanted done printed on a slip of paper, and even emailed you the same info. Name on the package/paper is Richard McCraw and it was from Pittsboro NC. Any info would be helpful, thanks guys.

Still working on it? I haven't heard anything back.
-
Well I knew that If I came in here at a month and was complaining that I'd get my ass handed to me for being impatient , so I've been waiting it out. I figure 4 months was about as long as it should take though unless something went wrong.

4 Months later and I still havn't heard anything. Any update or do I need to make another thread?

Hey, was just checking in on the status on this since I haven't heard anything and the SSD's motor's where in. Thanks.
-
Yes it was the older shifted bl motor, But the magnets didn't appear to be cracked when I sent it. Thanks for the heads up, Didn't realize you were ordering magnets for it. I appreciate it and understand about customs. Thanks again.
-
Alright, I sent the motor in, should be there today according to usps. I sent an email to your sales and recone emails and also included all my info in the package. Was wondering how long it would be before I got an invoice or a reply on lead time for the rebuild Thanks
-
Was wondering what the pricing would be on getting this fixed, with a recone and a basket to 18 d1 flatwind? Thanks.
-
So how do I pay for it when I send it in? Should I just go through your website and pay for a recone with basket and you'll bill me later? or do I need to send you full payment now, and if so, how much will it cost?
-
Nope, had a bl a couple years ago that the whole motor shifted in half where the glue failed Tried to glue it back together, but of course that didn't work, and i chunked it in the trash without pulling the basket off (Kicks self in ass now)
-
I'm the owner now Been looking for a Bl motor for about a month now and finally found one, not my first choice but at least I won't screw up trying to recone something myself
-
Yeah pole's shifted.
-
I thought I had seen where nick said they could fix this before.

Not the biggest fan of L7's, but the ones I've heard have always sounded great ported.
-
Sub focus is some good stuff as well related and intro is about a minute long with no bass, but when it starts hitting its awesome.
-
Wish my systems where loud enough to do that...

Bought a used Fi bl 18 off a guy and he said he didnt know what options he put on it. From what i assume its got flatwind coil and is a 1 ohm dvc, here's a picture in case anyone knows thanks.
-
Either that or it came from the factory that way, but neither my 18" BL or my 15"Q came that way when i ordered from fi so you may have a point. He said he didnt know what it had.

So since my order still hasn't shipped after 10 business days, I might as well make sure my box dimensions are correct. Going with a 3.5 cube ft box tuned ~32 Hz Port is 17" by 3" and 37 inches long Anyone see anything wrong with this? Thanks.
