  1. The Polk crossover is probably in the 3000hz to 4000hz range for the woofer low pass . The peerless SLS's are only good up to about 500hz-you would have a big hole. I use them for midbass from 80hz to 350hz and the are pretty good for this. I've tried them higher but they just don't work. Plus the crossover is designed for the Polk woofers.
  2. Sub amp-Nak or Rockford-I,ve used both and they are great.A cut above the others you mentioned. Speaker amp-Cadence or Rockford.I,ve used the Rockford and it sounds clean and is somewhat underated power wise.I haven't used the Cadence but I have seen good reviews on the ZRS series and I like it because you can bandpass the rear speakers to keep some of the high end out so they don't pull the stage backwards as bad.

    2 channel amp

I run an older version of this on a set of Paradigm studio 100's.Fantastic sound and you'll never have to worry about headroom. http://www.thestereoshop.com/rotelStereoAmp.php#box1

    Bridging an SAX100.4

Thanks for the quick reply.I assume you mean "y" one RCA to channels 1 and 2 and "y" the other RCA to channels 3 and 4.Thank You ! I am looking forward to trying out the amp this weekend. What is a realistic rms for this amp bridged with music-is the 320 per side accurate ?

    Bridging an SAX100.4

Just got my 100.4 and I am going to bridge it to run a set of components for now(active later). What is the proper hook up for the RCA's to the amp -the manual doesn't show this.Do I use channel 1 and channel 4 or some other combination. Thanks
