*Finishes ratchet strapping the cargo down in the pickup* Time for a glorious 18 hours of wheel time. Virginia here I come!

Let him cock off. If he wants to be an ass with anonymity, just let him. If he starts personally attacking you unprovoked, then theres an issue. Otherwise, ignore him. It isn't the first time that somebody decided to bring an immature fight to the internet, and it sure as hell won't be the last.

I will be tuned in to the suggestions mentioned here because I will be setting up the HT for my new apartment soon. Buying a plasma on Monday, right after the "important" things like a bed and a couch.

A friend of mine said he took the 50X stuff and he said when he would talk, he could see the words coming out of his mouth, float into an envelope, and get filed in a cabinet. People should just be responsible for themselves, if they harm another person or property while doing drugs or something reckless, then they should be severely punished. Let people be irresponsible. It's an easier way to "thin the herd".

at the moment? Where are you going to end up?

I had a guy purposely put his truck in reverse and smash into the front of my truck all because I passed him while he was doing 25 in a 45. Oh and he was drunk. I couldn't press charges because the cops didnt catch him around the scene. They tracked him down and it turns out he was an illegal immigrant! No insurance means my insurance got to foot the 6k bill. And once they find an illegal do they deport them? NO. That was 3 years ago. It still burns me a bit. One thing I do know, is that things will turn around for the better. By the way, what part of Richmond are you in? I'm moving to the Glen Allen area this weekend.

Sorry to hear about the rough patch man. If anybody can get through it, I'm sure its you. You seem like a real stand up guy.

Looking-forward-to-super-fast-internet top!

On a new apartment note, I found out my future complex just got wired with fiber optic cable. Verizon FiOS seems to be in my future.

Maybe a dead spot in the starter? I had a cutlass that would just crank and crank one night and never turn over. I had to get a ride home 30 minutes away. I come back the next morning expecting to have to tow it, and it started up immediately. I was confused. But I believe that one was the timing belt. A dead spot could very well be the issue. It started 3 consecutive times after that and then it sat for an hour and started right up again. I suppose we just chalk one up to the Caddy being cranky.

Got a call from a friend of mine today. He needed a ride over to his 94 Cadillac STS that wouldn't start after leaving Target. He tried starting it again and it wouldn't even try to turn over the engine. Just a click. We checked the multiple fuse locations to see if something popped. Couldn't find anything so we decided we would tow it back to his house. We pushed it to an open area in the parking lot approximately 25 yards away. Just for giggles he turned the key again and it started right up. Can you say WTF? Oh and it has a 11.5 amp fuse.

Sorry to hear about your loss DB, My condolences.

Take measurements from each of the spots you will be upgrading, that is really the best way to figure it out. IIRC I only used ~ 10ft of 1/0 welding cable for my big 3. As for the size, anything bigger than the stock wiring is beneficial but personally I would go with 1/0 for the pure advantage of a bigger channel for the current to run through and if you want to upgrade any further you will already have the current carrying capability.

Hard to beat a good smoker. <--loves kamado style grills Do you love them for the style or the functionality? Kamado.com is showing me some hideous "works of art" that look like they can do one hell of a job cooking.

Supervisor at work brought in smoked pork with some Famous Dave's Georgia Mustard and some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce to share between a couple of us. Great googly moogly were those good sandwiches.

I heard your echo in the General Audio forum, are you lost?

Maybe he would have changed the car if the 15 was loud as chit, had amazing sq, could get low and handle 8000w. Don't you mean deafening, yet crisp bass off of 1.21 gigawatts? And the whole capacitor thing is mind-bottling... I mean seriously now, all I want is total sound immersion bros! /rant

I kind of figured that was the case, but this guy was really trying to mask the middle of nowhere qualities with some supposedly more desirable ones. Oh well, no recruits from my class! And shit I should remember Winona but you only post in here every 3 months and short term memory is not my thing I find something to talk about every once in a while. I am still in that "don't wanna piss anybody off" phase with you guys. I'll be sure to make more appearances in here. When are you going to return the M to stock?

In Thief River Falls? Yep, stopped in Detroit Lakes though for dinner and a hotel. I grew up here and damn it feels good to be staying in a spot over looking the lake. Nice. We had a Digi-Key (also in Thief River Falls) rep come to our class and give a presentation on all that they have to offer. Their biggest sales pitch was the fact they are right next to the Arctic Cat facility. Oh and the female to male ratio is IIRC 3 to 1. Nobody from my class, all seven of us, didn't really bite on his offers but we got free pizza out of the whole thing. He was far less convincing than the FBI recruiter. 3 to 1 ??? I assume you have never stepped foot in the town. Digikey is indeed right across the "street". Where in MN are you? Does 3 to 1 seem low, high, or butt ugly? I am in Winona, I am usually up in the cities a couple weekends a month for tournaments though. I will be moving to Richmond, VA in the next 3 months, however. butt ugly, never seen a woman up there that I'd ride.....even after a whole bottle of crown. *exceptions there are I am sure, but it isn't in numbers that saves them I kind of figured that was the case, but this guy was really trying to mask the middle of nowhere qualities with some supposedly more desirable ones.
