I've heard the E60 M5 has a lot of problems. We work with the BMW dealership a lot and their salesman and technicians say they're a pain in the ass to maintain and are prone to problems.

midbass ported door enclosure basics
gprestonmoto replied to Dexter Chaos's topic in SPL & SQ / Fabrication
good question, wonder why you dont see it done more often. maybe pr's are limited to subbass frequencies? Chevy trucks have that big area in the door, you could fit a 6.5" and a 6.5" PR, or possibly an 8" and 6.5" or smaller would be easier, but I've never seen anyone do it. I would think that would be so much easier. -

I've always wondered, since you don't have a ton of space generally speaking in door enclosures, couldn't you use a PR with the same results? -
Oh figured I'd share this.

Not following? Same Shit Different Day. Just another company playing with the same boards. -
Hertz Components are pretty good. I like the HSK's better than the XL's. If you're interested in buying them at that shop, PM me and I can tell you what you should be paying for them, not what they're asking. A little knowledge goes a long way.

I've heard they can run 5k on stock electrical on a half ohm load, no second battery, 90 amp alternator. Also when you play good music through em, unicorns appear on your windshield. -
