Which one would you go with
-
True. Since Adire Audio is gone, everybody else said the way to go is FI Audio. So I decided to go for SSD's after reading some reviews, I know the Q's are a hella of a sub also but I hear the SSD's is pretty good bang for the buck. But I couldn't decide on the coil and would I really hear the difference in between the flatwind vs copper
-
I guess you really consider them to be SQ subs also. But the Shop I got them from a while ago said they could be use as some spl subs also depending on the install.
-
This system is more of good SQ I want it to hit hard but sound real good. In my other car I running SPL subs, I have 2 Brahma MKII's each powered by JBL BP1200.1.

Im getting two SSD's I would rather run them in 4 ohms just to run the amp a little cooler. Do you think that amp would be enough to power two of them?
-
I would like to know something. I just sold my Alpine Type-R 12's and I think I'm buy some FI SSD's but I need some help with the options. I'm going with dual 2 ohms, with the BP power, what I need help with is what coil to go with I was thinking just staying with the copper coil, but don't know if the flatwind would be better. I'm running the Alpine MRD-m1005.

sorry about that, it is 1.75 per sub. Would anybody know about what size and tune would sound the best in my car and should I take the 6x9's out of my rear deck or are they ok to leave in there. Im am trying to get the most spl's I can, that's what Im coming for Thanks

I have a 97 accord sedan, I running a alpine hu I have 3 JBl BP series amps. the 80.4 for my highs and Im running the BP 1200.1 per sub. As for Subs, I have the MKII 12's Brahma's (2) in a 1.75 cubic feet box I think tuned an 30hz. I don't think it hits hard enough I haven't had it tested yet. Im looking for some suggestions for a new setup to get a deeper and harder bang. Could someone help with some ideas, even if I have to use the whole trunk im fine with it

97 here and I have two 12's with subs and port both firing back
-
what size box and and what hz is best to have for those subs, I was thinking about trying 2.5 per sub.

Maybe somebody on here could help me with this question I have, I have two Brahma MkII 12's and they sound good I have a JBL BP1200.1 per sub, at 3.2 ohms in a 1.7cf boxes for sub. I want louder so I want to know should I go with a bigger box and leave them at a 3.2 ohm load or should I bridge the amp and leave the same box or bridge and go bigger box also. the amp is rated at 1200x1 at 2 ohms and 600x1 at 4 ohms, So I figured that at 3.2 oms I am running close to the 600 watts most of the time. Could really use some help, Thanks
