Probably come out in the Audiowerks shop Jeep as the CRX will no where be complete. 02' Jeep Liberty D51 YT underhood Scottie Johnson autographed G31 YT in back 160a alt 2 runs of 0/1 AT 1900.1D (Benched in house at 2300ish watts @14.4v) (2) 12" Fi SSD's Fisher Custom Fi box (4cf, braced, 45'd, 70+ square inches of port @38 HZ) It may not be pretty yet, but hopefully it will be operational -
Got it, thanks Nick, I shot ya back an e-mail to discuss a couple other things.
-
Nick, I dropped you an e-mail about an order, get back to me when you can, i'm sure you all are backed up out the wazoo.

Have you tried e-mailing them, that is usually the best way to get ahold of Scott or Nick

Reservations made! i'll be there -
Everyone will find out shortly! Hopefully by the end of next week to be precise. Specs: (2) 12" Fi SSD's 4cf enclosure, braced and 45'd, 75+ sq inces of port tuned to 38hz Autotek 1900.1D should be close to 2.3k watts @ 14v, Hopefully around 1150 watts per sub. 2 YT G31's 220a HO alt 2 runs of 0/1 I have faith they will, we had 2 SSD's on a SAZ-1500 @ .5 ohm and they took it like a CHAMP. Don't worry, we will have pics and vids no matter what the outcome. If they blow, then I guess it will be time for another pair of BL's.

Competition in WV (May 19th, 2008)
DB_DRAG_SPL posted a topic in Competitions & Other Organized SPL/SQ Events
We will be holding our first show of the year on May 19th in North Central WV for anyone interested. I have extra room at my house for anyone coming and wanting to save $$$ on a hotel. I'll be cooking out on Friday night for all SSA, CA, SMD members who come, we'll also have a Term-LAB on site Friday for those who need a little last minute tuning and probably hit up the street party that night. There will also be a cruise-in on Friday night preceding the show Saturday For those wanting to get a travel distance estimate the zip of the show is 26201 As of right now this IS NOT a 1x show, and won't be unless I can talk the club who contracted us out into it. If it not being a point event is a breaking point for alot of people, I may go ahead and pay the fee out of pocket. But if you do come, I GARUNTEE a great weekend, the show is held during one of WV's largest festivals, so bring the whole family, it will be a family friendly weekend all around with parades all weekend, carnival, street parties Fri and Sat night among a few activities. Local hotel rates are very cheap and I can get group discounts as well. Entry fee will be: $15 Classes so far will include: ~Street A (Up to 1000w) ~Street B (1001-2000w) ~Street C (2001-3000w) ~Modified A (3001-4000w) ~Modified B (4000-6000w) anything exceeding 6001w will be automatically put in Mod. Extreme class ~Modified Extreme: Walled Vehicle (No power or Sub limit) ~Loudest in the port ~5ft. "HIGH SPL" Trophy ~Best install Judging Format When qualifying for the event the competitor will open their vehicle for the judge to place the proper measurement equipment inside their vehicle. Competitors will only receive 2 qualifying attempts time permitting, if time is restricted, there will be a single qualifying round. Additional qualifying attempts to change competitors class or to improve a competitors score may be allowed and will subject to a re-run fee, time permitting. Once all competitors have qualified for their class, the top 4 competitors in each class will compete for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. ~First place qualifier goes against fourth place qualifier and second place qualifier goes against third place qualifier. ~The winners will advance to the final round of competition to determine the first place winner of each class at the event. Again, these weren't my first choice in classes, but I have to do what the customer wants. Classes may be added and/or altered in the future. I've offered Jacob (aka Sundown Audio) free vendor space, so hopefully he can make it and bring the truck. The free vendor offer extends to all Vendors, If you're in or going to be in the area, I have plenty of spots open for you free of charge Here's a link to the festival's actual website so you family guys can see that it will be a family friendly environment: http://www.wvstrawberryfestival.com/ Once we edit the flyer, I will post it up. Anyone wanting to come and crash at the house, let me know, space will fill up fast. -
That be me! I'm about 20-25 minutes south of Clarksburg

Got my pair of 12" LvL 3's on Friday to demo out and test. All testing was done on music with our Term-LAB, ABSOLUTELY NO tuning whatsoever in a box we had in the shop. Vehicle specs: '02 Jeep Liberty Electrical: 160a Alt Optima Yellow Top up front Big 3 Single Batcap 800 in back, will be banked w/ 2 more in following tests Enclosure: Ported 4cf internal airspace after displacement box tuned to 32Hz Subs/port both facing rear Subwoofers: (2) LvL 3 DC Sound Lab 12"s DVC 4ohm Amplifier: (1) Sundown Audio SAZ-1500 @ 1ohm Results: Best score on Music was 143.5db, peaked in the 50-52hz range. Let me remind you, this was a very preliminary test, once we get an enclosure built to what we'd like (were going high 20hz), and the other 2 batcap 800's banked up in order to throw some more voltage @ the Sundown, we're hoping on somewhere in the range of 145+db on music, more on test tones. We haven't had the ability to throw full power at them either due to break in period, these have alot still to give! I'll have video up tomorrow once I get back to the shop in the morning.

Why not just have someone build you one custom to the specs you need, probably end up spending less in the long run. And there are alot of guys out there who can build damn nice enclosures. Personally I recommend BJ over @ Fisher Customs, great guy and awesome prices. www.Fishercustoms.com. Or shoot him a PM on here (BJFISH11)
