People don't do research for themselves anymore. They follow forum nuthuggers. That's why there's comments like "AT is the same as SS or better than SDS". They don't have all the info, just the info people want them to think is true.

I think there are circle jigs that go up to 40-50 inches for tables tops.
-
IIRC, the older ones have a 7.5" diameter magnet.
-
If you order a recone kit and do it yourself. They assume you know what the two fluids are, which is right.
-
You should have someone else do it if you don't know how to recone it. But what you have to do is attach the parts right after you spray the activator or spray it after you attach the parts with the glue. You don't want to wait too long because the activator will dry the glue up quick. You don't have to use the activator but then you will need to put pressure on the parts for a while until the glue dries.

A lot of companies use Neos... ? Nope and especially not a block either. HAHAHAHA... You got to be kidding. Too much attention is needed for any sub if the user is an idiot. -

He's retarded then if all he wants is a pretty aluminum cone. We'd have to set him on the right way toward the BTL anyways. -

It doesn't matter, BTL. lol. -
Okay. I would love to be sponsored by Fi audio or work for them.

Add the hc1400, don't replace. get a solenoid to separate the rear battery from the front. And your sig says AQ2200d not 1200. If its a AQ1200d, you may be alright with just the two batteries and stock alt. See how it goes with just that first then get alternator. Don't get something before you even know if you need it or not.
-
Do you even have an extra battery in the rear?
-
They are rewound. I brought the alt I bought from them to a referred alt shop and they said it was just rewound. I don't get dimming just sitting there lol.
-
Why is this in the Fi section? SAVE UP YOUR MONEY. Turn the system down until you can get your electrical up. 1, They don't even say what idle output is or what rpm idle is. 2, I have bought their alternator before thinking the same as you before I knew about DC Power . It was complete shit. It did less than 30 amps at my REAL idle. I was getting dimming with my stereo off.

This isn't because they delete threads either as the OP thinks. I have definitely seen more positive than negative, that's why I went ahead and decided to give my money to them. This is just my first purchase from them and am kind of weary about the 30 day lead time on the Q's. I know it was there when I decided to do it, but I guess I expected more communication. I saw the post they made in the "Delay on Q's" thread, so I'm trying to sit and be patient. It's just hard to sit and wait when I know on Friday I'm going to have a big ol box in the back of my car with a big hole in it lol. Like I said I guess I expected more info after 3 weeks from my order date other than them not really knowing any date at all when we will be receiving our subs. I can only imagine how they feel not being able to do anything, so as a customer I am trying to not push the issue but at the same time not knowing any time period after spending 350 bucks is kind of unsettling. But I know it will be worth the wait. It is out of their hands. It'd be dumb for them to tell you something you already know, that it isn't shipped or hasn't arrived at your doors yet. Its a waste of time really. They already told you it was a 30 day lead time so just be patient. It will definitely be worth it. Do some other work to the vehicle in the meantime.

I have bought new subs and recone parts from Fi. Great customer service. Sorry about your situation but it may be a little mistake as just having your package out of the shipping location and it didn't get shipped. It doesn't mean they are treating you like a second class immigrant. Why do people get so emotional and make up shit in their head. Judergan, how much bad rep have you seen about Fi audio?
-
I'm pretty sure it was resolved already. He got his alt.
-
lol. Check it out, that's my name down there.
-
You can wire the subs on the sub's terminals and then to the terminals on the box or wire them on the box and then to the amp. But no, not really a con to invert mount. You can get a tiny bit more usable volume inside the box that way so your tuning may be a TAD bit lower.

Subsonic filter setting
slim2fattycake replied to Wackzirth88's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I do it at the highest volume I listen to so that if I do go up that high, I don't have to worry about bottoming out ever. -
No, 1watt only between the two.
-
Also, don't come back if you can't take the time to formulate a question so that others can coherently read it.
