I like them, I think. I still need to do quite a bit of work before it is in its completed state. I do believe it has some serious potential though. tell me what you feel are the cons to it? Would it be possible to run both the l8 and the fostex in the kicks? They would share a main chamber I suppose unless I got fancy with the chamber. It's funny how I started thinking I had NO room in the kicks, and when I measured I have just GOBS of room. Complete pain in the ass to install them. Big f'ing 3" drivers. I think the main problem that I'm having right now is the crossover to the 6.5's. I need to seal the doors up and redo how the Fostexs are mounted. I think it is a great idea of using them in the dash, but they aren't a slam and jam install. They looked pretty deep and fat. I imagined Fostex to make a good project.

I have put off my front stage since I joined SSA. I'm so indecisive.

with the new fostex in the caddy what do you think? I need to get working on the front stage ASAP. The 18" Q with crappy factory will be teh suck. Do the fostex's dig pretty low. I would be asking them to go down far enough to let the L8's handle the lower side of the mids.

I want to nail sarah. I hope she did some nude movies with a trailor park guy. Those should be out there. She moves to the number 2 spot for ladies I would love to nail.

I finished my box. I was pretty pissed off about one corner. I couldn't get the wood to seal 100%. I ended up filling it with glue when I saw it yesterday, then every edge got a THICK layer of silicone. It's only 1 layer of 3/4 birch ply with 2 braces in it. I should have just about 6 cubes, maybe a bit more after driver displacement.

I am glad that I like to succeed, I don't quite understand wanting to be below average. Nothing wrong with succeeding; taking a big ole poopie on people who aren't on your level is what I was refferrrring to So by stating the truth I am pooping on people? If as a society we are severely under cultured for our social economic situation as a country it is better to just flop along and say differently? There is also a huge difference between calling a spade a spade generally and specifically calling someone out. By specifically of course I mean letting them know you are doing it. I wouldn't consider that a question; more like a statement to the current social climate in our country. Amusing since I actually think our level of culture is growing why our economic situation is getting worse. Considering how well off we are as a country though the average person here is pathetic when it comes to realizing what is really important in life. DING DING DING.

it was some anarchists movement. the spokes person for the group said something about it being non violent and they only want it so no one has more controll over their lives than they do.... Then they go and throw glass bottles.

I feel like I am playing T-ball, but will refrain from swinging. damnit, I laughed so loud a co worker walked over to my desk, and nearly coated my monitor in protein shake.

www.ficaraudio.com ? I used the same cutout diameter as on the site for the xxx so I suspect the 18inch 12 spokes should be all the same it's not. for some reason I had it at 16.87"(14/16") when I did the math based on circumference, it fit at 16.81"(13/16"). I'm off to get a fuse, and meat and a new computer chair. oh and I pulled my neck bad grabbing the Q wrong. Ghey. This woofer is going to kill me! On another note... Anyone have any good resources for playing with kevlar composites? I may be working on a project that would use it, but if I go through route I would want it to be the clear gel coat and all pretty finish on the outside. Anyone know where to start to learn about that?

new router is awesome! It's been waiting to get put to use for a month or more. WOOOOOT. Now i'm off to go buy me a few fuses and such.

I went small, at 16.7 ended up trimming to 16.8 maybe a mm more, but I wanted the seal to be tight.... like a tiger. i would say cut to 16.8. and trim from there.

fi says Cut ID: 16.750
-
my math said 53" circumference/Pi=16.870424
-
I'll check FI again. I have 1/0 baby
-
was it for a 18"?

awe EFF I need to figure out a fuse, aaaaand find the cut out hole for the Q also.. WTF. I had all this written down, and now my notebook is gone, and I can't find shiz on teh intarnets for teh Q. =P

I test drove a 911 s rwd and the 911 4. I almost took a 911 turbo for a whirl. RWD > the 4 the 4 was however the most awesome 4 I have ever been in save this one completely tricked out subaru. But it looked like a fag wagon, and was all riced up.
