    components

you could use a component set and throw away the passive cross over, but that is a HUGE WASTE of money. Crossovers are a verry large part of the cost of component sets. you can get better drivers by NOT buying component sets, and then use the active processor to make it work. It will sound better and in many cases cost the same or less.

Power wire? I forget what amps you have. If you have 1000-1500, 2 gauge would be ok. 1/0 would be bester though. lol nope speaker wire. all 1/0 going to the saz1500 baby 12ga will be just fine cool. Just wanted to make sure I could get all of them wires in there. TY mang!

Some kid from my old neighborhood said I had "DEM BEATS YO" in my geo metro. It was on the stock radio. Still funny to this day.

    RE Audio

RE has good rep in the car auidio world from their old buisness structure. I think they were a bit different at the time, and definately a wonderfull alternative to the marketed crap in your average big box car audio store The older xxx did sound pretty decent for the time considering how much power they put out. The new XXX has some sadistic Xmax when you read the specs, and a verry low FS. Makes me wonder how amazing it would be in an 18 inside the house for an HT sub... then I remindmyself of the retarded price. 2k for a sub.. ouch. Not for the average guy. I have never seen a DIYer use one even, have you ever seen a new XXX used for a home aplication Jim?

Under the plastic bottom part of the door? WOW! I shall look. How did you jump from the front door to the rear? Yeah under that. I believe I just did a lot of shoving and got it under the B pillar plastic molding. It kinda makes an upside-down T, with the plastic moldings from the front and back doors laying on top of them. I think I just started feeding it through the front underneath that T and it made its way to the back. I think the seatbelt holder or something was in the way of just tucking it under from the front/inside, and I didn't feel like taking that out. But I think the wire is resting in a little groove that's kinda under the carpet and molding. It's hard to explain, but it's where the metal floor meets the door molding tracks. Maybe you'll see it when you're down there. I shall check it out... BTW if I'm going to wire my D2 Q to 1 ohm, what is the largest gauge wire I would want to use?

I like it. The other one is a full 10' snooker table. I may keep it actualy... It might get canabalized though and turned into something else, and the slate end up in my shop.

I plan on picking up that panther rifle, and maybe a little 9mmk XD for the wifey, I want to see her handle recoil first though. My main problem will be concealing anything, 5'10" 140lb doesn't make for a whole lot of room to conceal anything, the XD is to damn wide for me. But I will be doing a concealed carry permit and buy two AR lowers before the election. lol pre 2009 ban AR's? If Obama gets elected not to far outa the question.... So that means my ass is buying as many complete AR's and lowers that I can possibly afford. (aka, not many ) new AR
